Members of Outlaw Motorcycle Club facing theft charges

Provincial police arrested nine people including members of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club on August 2 following a theft investigation in the Parry Sound area.

According to the OPP the accused distracted an employee at the business while the others pried open an automatic banking machine. Evidence collected at the scene helped investigators identify the suspects as members of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club who police say were on their way to a mandatory national gathering in Alliston.
Investigation led officers to execute search warrants at an address in Alliston where police seized one loaded firearm, 2 switch blades, and two retractable batons.
Seven people from Regina, one from Sudbury, Ont., and one from Coniston, Ont., are each charged with mischief over $5,000 and theft over $5,000. Police say weapons charges are pending. The Outlaws are the world's third-largest motorcycle club, behind the Hells Angels and the Bandidos.
