William Soler, 33, pleaded guilty to 21 counts of gun trafficking, gun possession and gang conspiracy. Soler and his ring of gun runners were busted last year after they sold 93 weapons to an undercover cop. He was facing 25 years in prison after plotting to murder rival gang members and smuggling guns into New York City.
