 | Murder and conspiracy charges were laid against Vallee and other UN Gang members and associates in January 2011. Among those still on the run is UN gang leader Conor D’Monte. In August, UN gang twins David and Ryan Murphy, 42, admitted that they helped commit the murders of Jonathan Barber and Kevin LeClair. Both received a paltry two-year sentence. The twins were nearby when Barzan Tilli-Choli killed stereo installer Barber with an AK-47 provided by David Murphy. Barber was mistaken for Jamie Bacon.
