![]() | A New Hampshire man was sentenced to 10 to 40 years in prison for selling a fatal dose of fentanyl to a 31-year-old mother of two. Kevin Manchester, 27, faced life in prison for the January transaction that resulted in the death of Michelle MacLeod. On January 22, authorities said Manchester "used Michelle MacLeod to drive him to Massachusetts where he purchased fentanyl and then sold a portion of that fentanyl to Michelle MacLeod." She ingested "just a portion" of the drug and died the same day. New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster said there have been over 200 fentanyl-related deaths in the state so far in 2016. | ![]() |
