Fentanyl Issue not geting better

The latest numbers from Vancouver aren't encouraging and neither are Alberta's. In the first 3 months of 2017, 110 people have died in the Lower Mainland.

Alberta Health reports that there were 51 fentanyl overdose deaths between January 1st and February 11th this year in Alberta with half of those deaths occurring in Calgary.
The supplier says he has two customers in Canada. He e-mails photos of fentanyl hidden inside silica-desiccant packets – the type normally used when shipping goods such as electronics.
Chemical companies in China custom-design variants of pharmaceutical-grade fentanyl by tweaking a molecule. A few hundred micrograms – the weight of a single grain of salt – are enough to trigger heroin-like bliss. But the line between euphoria and fatal overdose is frighteningly thin: An amount the size of two grains of salt can kill a healthy adult.
