Mongol gang member arrested in Riverside HA killing - Update

James “Floppy” Duty was fueling up with four fellow Hells Angels at the Shell station just off of the 91 freeway. Herbert allegedly drove by and opened fire. Duty was struck multiple times.

Herbert was taken into custody without incident. Police say the handgun that killed Duty was seized during the raids.

27-year-old Mongols member Joshua Herbert was brought into custody on suspicion of murder and attempted murder in the slaying of 31-year-old James Duty and the non-injury shooting of another Hells Angel.
Duty and other motorcyclists clad in Hells Angels insignia were ambushed at the Shell gas station at 3502 Adams St. in Riverside. Duty was taken to a hospital, where he later died. The other victim was shot in the head, but the bullet struck his helmet and he was not injured.
