Vincent Lamer Whacked - Update

Most notable is the obligatory street 'tax', payable by all, even HA members.
Vincent Lamer was murdered by an individual who knew his victim's schedule. Lamer had just finished his evening shift when he was executed in the company parking lot. Lamer controlled a narcotics trafficking area in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood, where he had influence. He had steadily risen over the years with the Hells Angels.

"To kill Vincent Lamer, it took someone to give the green light" said a street source. It's believed he was killed for failing to honor debts.
Vincent Lamer, a 48-year-old former Hells Angel and once a member of Maurice “Mom” Boucher’s inner circle, died after being riddled with bullets as he sat behind the wheel of his car in a Rivière-des-Prairies parking lot. Lamer was a close associate of Boucher, whose Nomad chapter of the Hells Angels in Quebec was on the front line of a criminal biker gang war that racked the province for nearly a decade.

Montreal police found a burnt-out stolen car in Rosemont shortly after the homicide, which is usually a signature sign of a Hells Angels killing.
In 2012, Lamer was arrested in Operation Loquace, which targeted a major consortium involved in the importation, transportation and trafficking of drugs in Quebec and Ontario.

He was found guilty of conspiracy and sentenced to 12 months in prison. That debt could be one of the reasons for his murder.
