Ohio Carfentanil dealers face 20 year minimum

In September 2016 a federal grand jury indicted Jeanetta Crawford, 26, and Phillip Watkins, 31, alleging they distributed heroin laced with carfentanil. They face a minimum of 20 years in prison if convicted. Their case is still before the court.
Their drugs were responsible for at very least 35 heroin overdose calls within a 24-hour period.
