Staten Island Father/Son Fentanyl dealing duo going away

Michael Luciano, 59, and his son, Philip, 30, dealt opioids from their Staten Island home with the help of the dark web. They will be sentenced to a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison in exchange for their admission of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

For over 30 months the pair distributed fentanyl, butyryl fentanyl (a fentanyl analogue) and oxycodone by selling the drugs in person and over the dark web.
The pair sold narcotics under the name “Zane61” on the website AlphaBay.

AlphaBay customers provided positive feedback on fentanyl and oxycodone they purchased from “Zane61.” A review of the product read, "great stealth, fast shipping, legit product. Perfect 10/10."
