Charlottetown Hells Angels get full-patch status

Locals aren't impressed but the Charlottetown Hells Angels are full-patch status, meaning they can recruit prospects. The Woodbridge club sponsored the local chapter, which became a prospect club in 2017. By all accounts they could start having their own hang-arounds immediately, as they are down to the bare minimum of 6 members.
