Kelowna prospect Colin Michael Bayley trial delayed

The trial for a prospect of the Hells Angels has been delayed more than eight months, after he switched lawyers. Colin Bayley, 30, was charged last spring with aggravated assault.
A raid on their clubhouse earlier in the week didn't appear to slow down festivities at the annual 'K-Town BBQ Cook Off', hosted by the Kelowna chapter of the Hells Angels for the past eight years.

Various full patch and associated bikers appeared for the event.
Colin Michael Bayley, 30, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in connection with the vicious assault of a 41-year-old Kelowna man on May 6.

Bayley had just completed a 12-month probation period for a previous assault conviction before the May 6 assault.
