Hells Angels Noseworthy wants his colors and jewels back

Earl Noseworthy wants to stop the state from confiscating his "offending property" which is accused by cops of being used by the Hells as "a tool of intimidation to facilitate their crimes."

On August 10, 2018, East Toronto chapter member Noseworthy and 300 other Hells Angels from across the country came to Montérégie for Canada Run. All had to stop near Highway 20 for a police check. When a policewoman wanted to take a picture, Noseworthy said, "Take your damn camera out of my face or I'll stuff it up your ass." Noseworthy is a sergeant-at-arms of the club and that fully dopey comment was considered a threat.
Noseworthy was found guilty of obstructing police in June and was slapped with a one-year probation and community service. His efforts to retrieve his club jewelry and colors continue to this day.
