Red Scorpion gangster Kurtis Schmidt not brain damaged

Schmidt has a long criminal history with drug-trafficking and fraud convictions.29-year-old Kurtis Dieter Sandy Schmidt had no story ready to explain to cops why he was driving drunk through Burnaby while wearing body armor and packing a loaded semiautomatic with a silencer. He pulled 42 months in jail. Schmidt told a similar story as a witness at the 2009 trial of Mark Arrieta, a Red Scorpions associate who was convicted of killing Philbert Truong. Schmidt told the court in that case that he had passed out, dead drunk, at home with his iPhone. He couldn't explain how the same phone was used 95 times while he was passed out – including calls for a taxi that brought the killer to the crime scene.
His inability to answer questions prompted the judge to ask Schmidt if he was “on medication” or “brain injured.” Schmidt said he wasn't.

19 geriatric Chinese Gangsters nailed

A group of 19 elderly gangsters who ruled their hometown in eastern China with an iron, arthritic fist have each been sentenced to up to 16 years in prison. Cops in Jiangxi province announced the 'Liu Family Elder Society' were convicted in the city of Yingtan for crimes including extortion, gang violence, attacking state organs, illegal detention, picking quarrels and provoking trouble. The boss, Liu, received the longest sentence at 16 years. Henchmen, whose average age is over 79, received between one and 11½ years each.

The name Liu carries weight in Yingtan “when locals heard the name Liu, the color would run from their faces.”
Dealing with the decrepit detainees hasn’t been easy for Yingtan authorities. The Liu gangsters have used a litany of excuses to stonewall police, claiming to be sick, deaf, mute, short of breath, or simply forgetful.

Porch pirate ends up with 5 pounds of Pez

The thief got away with 5 pounds of Pez, which cost $5.
A woman in Oklahoma City was victimized by one of the hottest crimes going - porch pirates. Her security camera caught a man grabbing a package out of her mailbox, running away and then taking off in a car. Unknown what the street rate on Pez is.

Owen Patrick Kelly - Victoria Construction - Danbrook One

Lets put them together for the prime sub-contractor of the Danbrook One offense, Mr. Owen Patrick Kelly. Lets start off by saying I am repulsed and offended by this 'man' going in because I know well his level of culpability. It is massive large and this thing is guilty as hell of putting hundreds (yes hundreds) of men, women, children and babies in lethal jeopardy through his deliberately shoddy construction practices. He has no qualms doing this for money, and likely not that much of it.
Kelly mowed down and killed 68-year-old Virginia Dorothy Little in a Brentwood Bay crosswalk in 2011. HERE Kelly wasn't paying attention as he drove his truck through the crosswalk, even though warning lights were flashing.
It was revealed Kelly racked 40 Motor Vehicle Act contraventions from 1991 to 2013, including 13 for speeding and 5 for using an electronic device while driving. He racked 4 offenses immediately after killing Virginia Little. Two for speeding and two for using an electronic device while driving.

Virginia Dorothy Little
In 2013 Kelly made headlines when he cried to the press about lack of financial support for his then 11-year old foster daughter with behavioral issues. He and his partner were/are professional foster care providers, catering to as many as half a dozen wards of the state at a time. The couple claimed they were 'suffering in silence' and complained about 'holes in the system', which presumably could only be patched with buckets of public money.

2 men and a goat outside a porn store - then things got weird

Brandon Wade Kirby, 40, stole a pickup truck containing a sleeping man and a goat while it was parked in front of an adult video store in Missouri on New Years Day. Kirby drove across three states from Missouri to Oklahoma, before releasing the passenger and his goat. During the 209 km journey Kirby took copious meth and pistol-whipped and constantly threatened the victim.

He eventually released both the man and the abducted goat. Cops repeatedly tried to stop the truck, but despite 4 flat tires, the driver kept going.
When the truck was eventually stopped, Kirby jumped out and ran for it, dropping his mask and gun. He didn't get far.

Kirby was recently released from prison and was wanted in Osage County for a second degree burglary. He remains behind bars.

Trump War Hero Eddie Gallagher - "got him with my hunting knife"

Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher, pardoned of war crimes by Trump, was described by fellow soldiers as "fucking evil." Fellow Iraq veterans called him “toxic” and “OK with killing anything that moved”.

Gallagher was granted clemency by Trump in November in a decision that angered military chiefs. Soldiers told of a ruthless scum who stabbed a 14 year old captive to death for no reason, then forced his troops to pose for a photograph with the corpse.

An investigation found Gallagher shot a schoolgirl and an elderly man from a sniper’s roost.
Gallagher says the allegations against him were fabrications by 'cowards' who could not match his high standards and who were intent on ousting him because of it.

Trump agreed, calling him a 'great warfighter'.

Trump assassinates top Iranian general

Trump's decision to murder Iran's top general is being seen as a political ploy in an election year and the start of world war 3.

Although Qassem Soleimani was blown to oblivion in the US drone strike, he was identified by his ring, which was still attached to his severed hand. The general was among several killed in the airstrike at the Baghdad airport.
Soleimani's vehicle was struck by at least two missiles fired from a US MQ9 Reaper drone. 10,000 kilometres away, Trump was at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
Over a round of golf he told Republican Sen. Lindsay Graham of the planned attack. Graham told the 'Fox & Friends' program Friday morning.
Trump was eating ice cream and meat loaf at his club when the news broke.

52-year-old Scot Young was fatally impaled on railings outside his luxury London home in 2014. He was a top money launderer for the Russian mob.

Vancouver fraudster Mark Chandler in California jail

In March the B.C. Court of Appeal dismissed Chandler’s appeal that he be extradited to the US. Chandler’s lawyers then sought leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. The top court refused to hear the case in October and he was sent to face US justice. His legal troubles in California relate to a fraudulent condominium project in Los Angeles.

Chandler was accused of fraud following an FBI investigation into a development project known as Hill Street in downtown Los Angeles between 2008 and 2011.
Chandler is best known in B.C. for the Murrayville House project, which dissolved into dozens of lawsuits in 2017.

Some would-be buyers waited years as repeated construction delays stalled the project.
Units in the development were sold to two, three, or even four purchasers. All contracts were voided in court. The project is being investigated by the RCMP.

The 'developer' has accumulated a long list of lawsuits, including from an American private jet leasing agency, a Vancouver yacht charter company, a Ferrari Maserati dealership, and a waterfront Hawaii getaway.

Heinous X-Mas toy thief nailed

Cops leapt into action and recorded Ben Franklin, their therapy Golden Retriever, as he tried to evade officers holding a stolen baby doll. Officers pursued him and found hard evidence of past crimes. The neer do well will likely escape unscathed and with his booty.

"I mean, he’s gotten his slobber all over them at this point so the police department has replaced them.” Ben didn’t deny the dastardly crime and showed no remorse. In fact, he seems proud of it.

Trump loses "Christianity Today" magazine

Christianity Today magazine is a leading evangelical Christian periodical that was founded in 1956 by Billy Graham. It had supported Trump.
It was over a 2 hour 'speech' from Trump this time, in front of a quiet crowd which included protesters. It was more of the same with the 'high point' when he assailed the deceased John Dingell with a 'joke' that surely reveals how sick this wicked bastard is. The outrage even caused a rebuke from bumboy McConnell.

Trump moves on dishwashers
Last week it was American toilets under POTUS obsession, and this time it's dishwashers. This man is a dotard, period and end of bloody sentence.
