10 heinous 'PMD' bikers nailed in Singapore

Ten people, aged between 16 and 25, have been arrested for riding dangerously, after a video of them riding on personal mobility devices (PMDs) and power assisted bicycles surfaced online.

If convicted of dangerous riding, an offender can be jailed for up to 12 months, fined up to $5,000, or both. In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, it's 2 years in the clink, and a fine up to $10,000, or both.
