Gangster Dilpreet Singh, 'Baba' charged in hit

Dilpreet Singh, 'Baba', was busted by the Chandigarh Police for the murder of Gurlal Brar, 26. Brar was gunned down outside a mall by three motorcycle-borne miscreants. Members of the Davinder Bambiha group were behind the murder.Gurmeet Singh provided the motorcycle to the shooters for a promised 20 gm of heroin.
