‘Mafia VIP’ at Casino de Montreal - “tapis rouge” (red carpet)

Lotto-Quebec has announced full support of an investigation into money laundering and proceeds of crime in the Province's casinos. The public can thank high roller degenerate gambler Stefano Sollecito.
Mafia leaders received VIP comps at the province-owned Casino de Montreal. These included tickets to shows, meals, and free hotel rooms. Boss Stefano Sollecito was listed among the top ten players at Casino de Montreal. Sollecito is believed to have gambled $2.5m at the casino in 2014 and 2015. At the time, he had recently been released from prison on racketeering and cocaine trafficking charges. He declared around $50,000 in income.
Quebec's finance minister ordered an external and independent audit of the province's casinos. Casinos in the province are run by Loto-Quebec, a provincial Crown corporation.
