Kyle Gianis - Career Gangster

Kyle Gianis was the victim of the targeted shooting in a Kelowna parking lot March 29. It is the third attempt on the career gangster's life. It comes just days after his drug operation was busted by the cops.
Gianis says he grew up in Surrey and became a criminal at 15. He was arrested in 2007 in Cancun for drug smuggling and transferred to the U.S. where he was sentenced to 13 years. Gianis was later transferred to a Canadian prison, where he was paroled in 2015. Gianis was shot in 2017 outside of a Langley restaurant. His friend Tyler Pastuck was killed. In 2018, a Surrey nurse was killed in a case of mistaken identity. The intended target was Gianis. Tyler Pastuck
No one has been charged in the June 23, 2018, murder of Surrey nurse Paul Bennett, who was gunned down in his driveway.

Trafficker David Tull was sentenced to almost 12 years in jail for his role in the 2017 conspiracy to murder Gianis, his former associate in the drug world who was marked for death after double-crossing Tull. Gianis, who opened a sportswear company called Iron Athletics Inc., is expected to survive, again.
