Accused Thai hitman Matthew Dupre says Thailand will whack him

Matthew Dupre began an extradition hearing in Edmonton Court. He's wanted for trial by Thailand for the February 4, 2022 murder of former UN gangster Jimi Singh Sandhu. His lawyer says he could face the death penalty if he is extradited.

Sandhu was ventilated with more than 10 gunshots outside his villa at Phuket’s Beachfront Hotel. Thai police found large sums of money and drugs during a search of Sandhu's rented villa. Multiple CCTV cameras captured images of Dupre and the deceased Gene Karl Lahrkamp with their faces uncovered. Cops also retrieved DNA evidence linking them to clothing deposited by the shooters. Thai executions are rare. In past cases the Thai government has given assurances such a sentence would not be carried out. Utimiately the decision is Canada's federal minister of justice.

900kg cocaine washes up on beach in Wales

30 black bags tied together with rope yielded 30 bricks each worth some £90m. Surprisingly, it isn't the region's largest retrieval. In May last year, nearly a tonne of cocaine washed up on beaches near Hastings and Newhaven in East Sussex. The public spotted bags bobbing in the sea before alerting police in that case.

Tactical nuclear weapons

Putin has threatened that Russia will “make use of all weapon systems available to us” if Russia’s territorial integrity is threatened. He characterized his war in Ukraine as an existential battle against Western evil, which he says aims to destroy Russia.

Last week Volodymyr Zelenskyy applied for 'fast track' membership into the NATO alliance.
Tactical nuclear weapons are designed to be used on the battlefield. They vary in yields from fractions of a kiloton to 50 kilotons. The atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima was 15 kilotons. The U.S.'s largest conventional bomb, the Mother of All Bombs or MOAB, has a 0.011-kiloton yield. Tactical nuclear weapons tend to have shorter ranges, typically under 500 km. Russia has an estimated 2,000 tactical nuclear weapons. Nuclear explosions are exponentially more powerful than chemical explosions, and leave radiation fallout that contaminates air, soil, water and food. Russia’s threat to use nuclear weapons as a deterrent to it's failing conventional war threatens to unleash a doctrine that invites a retaliatory nuclear strike. If aimed at the U.S. or NATO such an action is virtually written in stone.

HA Jason Arkinstall faces the music - 12 years in big house on table

The sentencing of high profile HA Jason Arkinstall is finally underway. The veteran gangster is “extremely remorseful”, naturally.
Jason Arkinstall was scheduled to be sentenced May 20 in Surrey. The high profile Mission HA was busted with Lawrence Edward Dwyer near Creston in October 2020 and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and drug smuggling. The two ran back into Canada after being spotted in Idaho with five duffel bags of cocaine and meth worth more than US $2m. The two rabbits fled to Canada, leaving the dope in the U.S. 38kg of cocaine and 90kg of meth was seized.
Arkinstall was acquitted in Calgary in 2011 of uttering threats against cops. The judge said Arkinstall was 'physically abused.' In 2013 Arkinstall was charged in Spain with HA Chad Wilson for trying to smuggle half a tonne of Colombian cocaine into the country. They were convicted and returned to Canada. Wilson was shot to death under the Golden Ears Bridge in 2018.

Former UK gangster offers reward to catch peacock

Former gangster turned actor David Courtney, 63, is offering a reward to help catch his peacock after it escaped and ran amok. Seconds after bringing the new pet home it flew out of it's roofless coop - with Courtney not realizing the exotic bird could fly. Now the peacock, named Percy, is ruling the roost with neighbours being woken up at 4am by his mating calls. The bird and it's poop has appeared on top of people’s roofs, cars and gardens after escaping seven weeks ago. “I just had no idea that they could fly - I thought it was like a chicken or something." Courtney sees the bird twice a day.

Ukraine kicking Putin's ass - update V

Russian forces have retreated from Lyman. This one day after Putin claimed it "for ever" as Russian territory. Its said Russian commanders refused to allow upwards of 5,000 soldiers to leave their hopeless position. They did it anyway.

Lyman is an important logistics hub, anchoring Russian operations in Donetsk.
On the same day Putin announced annexation, his soldiers in the town of Lyman are nearly encircled and could be wiped out to the last man. The region is among four chunks of eastern and southern Ukrainian territory that Putin declared Russian-annexed land. Even senior Russian officals acknowledge Lyman is encircled and surrounding villages have been retaken by Ukraine forces. Several thousand Russian troops are there.

If Russian fighters can't hold this line they will be running away again.
Ukraine now says its forces have retaken over 9,000 sq km (up from 6,000 km2) during a counter-offensive in eastern Ukraine. Russian forces have established a defensive line between the Oskil River and the town of Svatove. It is one of the few resupply routes Russia still controls from the Belgorod region of Russia.
Ukraine has struck over 400 Russian targets with U.S.-supplied HIMARS rocket systems. HIMARS, short for High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, is a five-ton truck that can fire multiple long-range guided rockets. The Pentagon sent a total of 26 advanced mobile launchers — 16 HIMARS and 10 older American-made M270 launchers that Britain and Germany provided. 126 howitzers along with 807,000 rounds of ammunition for them to fire was also provided. Russia's 'shit army' is wilting under the pressure of an endless supply of hugely effective western weapons and motivated fighters. This was the outcome Putin ought to have foreseen. The war in Ukraine now showns that Russia is far less militarily capable as was thought.

Kim Bolan - Postmedia Network Inc. sue Dennis Watson - update II

Latest is Mr. Dennis Watson blaming yours truly in court documents for his legal troubles. (John Doe) What say we? First off I am not 'John Doe' and never was. Anybody losing sleep over Kimmee Bolan is a retard.

Mr. Dennis Watson was a pussy and folded to former HAMC boss Damiano Dipopolo even though he had a strong case. His REPLY to the latest from Kim Bolan fails massively.  Dude figures BCSC rules are for others. The man called Kimmee Bolan a liar many times over and has zero evidence to back this up. He is spewing out his ass about ridiculous conspiracy theories so bent one needs to question Dennis Watson's mental state.
A BCSC lawsuit for defamation has been filed by the above noted against crime blogger Dennis Watson. This would be the same Dennis Watson sued by ex-HAMC president Damiano Dipopolo for damages to HIS fragile reputation. Too bloody damn curious is this rubbish on a first pass ... "was published of and conceming (SIC) the plaintiff Bolan and is defamatory to her in her character, calling, reputation and profession'. I have no issues with doing that, at all. Kimmee Bolan outted the fully innocent '3 blind mice' in 2016, and her laughable claims of being subject to a murder plot came from her secret source, career criminal Donnie 'Blaze' McWhirter, who was feeding her BS for fun. Kimmee has ALWAYS been full of krap. See ----->Here.

"designed to cause Bolan fear, anxiety and misery, and to impugn her dignity."
"The conduct of Watson has been high-handed and deliberate, and demonstrates a wanton disregard for the safety of the plaintiff Bolan, particulars of which inciude (SIC) the following: (a) The Third Defamatory Expression ends with the words "Tiocfaidh ar lr",an Irish language sentence, a reasonably complete and accurate translation of which is "Our day".
LiarTard extraordinary Mr. Scott Dawson of Farris LLP. We say his representation of Postmedia Network Inc. is defacto serving owner Chatham Asset Management which is serving wicked Trump azzwiper Anthony Melchiorre. Shame youse terds.

Cops, federal agents raid Spokane Hells Angels clubhouse

Spokane cops in SWAT gear and federal agents served a search warrant at the Hells Angels clubhouse on East Sprague. The clubhouse’s metal gate hit the ground, then cops breached the front door using their BearCat armored vehicle. There was a series of loud bangs as cops broke through the building’s other door. Windows of the building were blown out.
The city spent $305k for it's new BearCat armored vehicle.
The Hells Angels have been neighbors of a Motel 7 for 10 years. The group has events occasionally but “it’s usually fairly quiet over there,” the owner said. “I think they just got punched in the mouth a bit.” he said.

Alberta cops seize over $55M in drugs, arsenal of weapons

Alberta cops seized an estimated $55m in drugs through a cross-border investigation. Project Cobra began in 2020 and was a joint effort between the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT), RCMP and the DEA. 928 kilograms of methamphetamine and 6 kilograms of cocaine were seized as a result of the nearly three-year investigation. An estimated $7m worth of assets were seized or placed under criminal restraint, including 11 vehicles and two mansions. Nineteen firearms were seized, including handguns, rifles, submachine guns and suppressors. Ricco King, 50, is facing five charges.

15 people and one business (Fouani Equity Funds Ltd.) have been charged with 80 criminal offences.
King is the alleged leader of the group. He is facing a charge of drug trafficking, three counts of participating in a criminal organization and two counts of laundering proceeds of a crime. King was previously charged with attempting to import cocaine in 2016. HERE. Those charges were stayed due to unreasonable delay.
Among those charged is Talal Fouani, 46. In August, Fouani and his wife were shot in his Bentley outside their southwest Calgary home. Fouani survived, but his wife, Nakita Baron, 31, did not.

Lavish wedding of Kinahan mobster’s moll Morrissey - Johnny Cash

The woman behind a vodka firm said to be a front for an international money laundering ring married her mobster husband in a lavish bash at a Scottish castle. The couple tied the knot at five-star Dundas Castle – spending a fortune on the party, with guests flown in from their home in Marbella, Spain. Nicola Morrissey’s life of luxury homes, designer clothes and expensive cars came crashing down last week when she was thrown into a Spanish prison cell over her links to organized crime. Morrissey, CEO of Nero Drink Company, and Johnny Morrissey, her husband, were arrested in Spain at gun point. Johnny is linked to dozens of murders and is a key figure in the Kinahan Cartel.
Cops say he is known in these circles as 'Johnny Cash' and played a major role in laundering $18.78 billion over the past 18 months.
In April, Johnny Morrissey was named as a key aide to the Kinahan cartel by authorities in the US, who put up a $5m reward for information leading to their arrest.

Lorenzo 'Fat Cat' Nichols seeks compassionate release

Prosecutors described 'Fat Cat' as the leader a violent gang that, in the 1980s, raked in $100k a week selling drugs in Brooklyn and Queens. Nichols protected his empire with extreme violence that resulted in the deaths of at least four, including a parole officer who sent him back to prison for violation of his parole. He was also tied to the death of NYPD officer Eddie Byrne. Fat Cat was sentenced to 40 years, of which he's served 37. In his plea for release, Nichols says his health is suffering from the stress in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. He cannot follow a vegan diet, and its causing high blood pressure.
He speaks of his "Glucose and Prostate levels." Brooklyn federal prosecutors filed a lengthy argument as to why "Fat Cat" Nichols deserves not a damn thing.

India's mining mafia

2 officals escaped unhurt when goons of the mining mafia attacked them near the Neugal river where they had gone to check illegal mining after complaints of villagers. They said the illegal mining was continuous and widespread. A JCB and two haul trucks were engaged in the illegal cutting of gravel banks.
A lathi is a heavy stick often of bamboo bound with iron used in India as a weapon.

The wealth of the country is looted openly with regulation virtually non-existent.
As they reached the mining site the men were attacked with lathis. Rivers and hills in the country are dug illegally every day.

Oath Keepers - Stewart Rhodes

870 have been charged in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. 17 have been accused of seditious conspiracy, the high crime of using force to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. Seditious conspiracy is a Civil War-era statute, rarely prosecuted, which carries a statutory maximum of 20 years in prison. Members of far-right militia the Oath Keepers — including group founder Stewart Rhodes, have been charged with this.

Oath Keepers spent months planning their roles in the riot.
Seditious conspiracy is defined as two or more people plotting "to overthrow, put down or to destroy by force the government of the United States." The Oath Keepers are an anti-government, right-wing political organization committed to supporting and defending their demented interpretation of the U.S. Constitution.
The five accused Oath Keepers also face charges of conspiring to obstruct and obstructing an official proceeding, which carries a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, and conspiring to prevent an officer from discharging duties. Those who physically entered the Capitol building - Watkins, Meggs and Harrelson - are charged with property destruction.

Raynald Desjardins to be sprung again

Raynald Desjardins will soon be a free man again after qualifying for a second statutory release. The Parole Board of Canada revoked Desjardins’s release last year after he violated conditions, specifically that he keep away from known criminals. Desjardins was a leader in the plot to kill Montreal Mafia leader Salvatore Montagna on Nov. 24, 2011. Desjardins behaved well since being returned behind bars. Authorities noted many cons provided services to the gang boss.

He was on probation at the time for possession of a loaded P80 handgun. Anigbo "presented a risk to public safety". Electrician busted with £450k cocaine gets bail waived to boink girlfriend

In yet another novel Irish approach to justice, Ryan Diamond applied to have conditions relaxed so he could attend his girlfriend's farewell party and spend the night in a Newry hotel. He was successful. His attempts to use his smartphone were thwarted. The wily cocaine dealer refused to provide cops with any access keys to his devices.
