Daniel Kinahan 'named and shamed' in Dubai

Authorities have tolerated Kinahan's presence in the Emirate, but the pressure on the famous international drug kingpin is increasing.
Lawyers acting for Eric Montalvo published a court summons for the kingpin on the same page of a Dubai newspaper containing court summons issued by the UAE Ministry of Justice.
Activities of foreigners in Dubai are closely watched by the government. Lawyers chasing Kinahan over a boxing dispute have accused him of murder, drug trafficking and money laundering. The summons, which has now been certified in the UAE and California as served on Kinahan, gives him 21 days to respond to the charges or face judgment in default.
