Arsonist framed probably

Daylan Medley was arrested on suspicion of starting five fires between March 1-3 in downtown Cheyenne. The clearly innocent Medley made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on five counts of failure to extinguish a fire, a misdemeanor. The 41-year-old homeless transient is facing thousands in fines.
