Teodoro Obiang Mangue Nguema

Nguema, 53, nicknamed Teodorin, has a fine taste in everything expensive.
France’s highest court upheld two lower courts’ convictions of Teodorin Nguema Obiang Mangue, the vice president of Equatorial Guinea and eldest son of the president, for embezzling and laundering public funds. Corruption, poverty, and repression plague oil rich Equatorial Guinea with the regime in power since 1979. In 2011, the DoJ seized over $70m worth of Nguema Obiang’s assets and in 2017 Switzerland seized his $100m super yacht and 25 cars.

He bought back most of the cars, including a Koenigsegg One:1. He went on to abandon the car in Dubai.
