Jose Ramirez framed in screwdriver stabbing, probably

Las Vegas cops said Jose Ramirez attacked another man with a screwdriver while attempting to steal his bike. The victim was rushed to the hospital and treated for a collapsed lung and internal bleeding. After the stabbing, cops say Ramirez broke into a nearby home. He told residents he was high. Ramirez is facing multiple charges.
