Indian officials say Canada is becoming a safe haven for Khalistani terrorists. India has submitted documents to Canada regarding the presence of Khalistani elements and other gangsters, but no action has been taken. Hardeep Singh Nijjar lives in Surrey and is promoting the agenda of 'Sikhs for Justice'. Interpol issued a red corner notice for Khalistani Arshdeep Singh, who is also in Canada and connected to Nijjar.
