Orcs strike civilians - malice and cruelty

Ukraine’s defense minister said an IRIS-T air defense system from Germany and four additional HIMARS launchers from the US arrived. The IRIS-T is the first of four that Germany is sending. NATO Chief Jens Stoltenberg said the “malice and cruelty” of Russia has resulted in 50 nations pledging support, including Canada. Russia fired 83 missiles at civilians, killing at least 70. 43 missles were shot down. There is no "practical military sense" in the strikes. Targets included Shevchenko Park, near a children's playground.
Germany announced today its sending it's air defense system to Ukraine. On Sept 25, Ukraine received the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) from the US. Ukraine has again called for free nations to provide air defense systems. Biden spoke with Zelensky and pledged continued US security assistance “including advanced air defense systems.”
