15 years for biker T-shirt shooting

Nikko Pires, 32, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for shooting a member of the Outlaws MC outside Froggy’s Saloon in Daytona Beach in a disagreement over a T-shirt. A jury convicted Pires of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after the victim was shot 3 times. “He came with three guns and a machete,” the victim said. “He didn’t come to shoot me. He came to kill me."
Its possible Pires could still be looking at 30 years.
