Canadian Khalilullah Yousuf fingered for supporting ISIS terrorism

The DoJ said that the four accused collected more than US$35k through cryptocurrency and other crowdsourcing campaigns and transferred the proceeds to Bitcoin wallets that funded the terrorist group. Busted are Mohammad David Hashimi, Abdullah At Taqi, Seema Rahman and Khalilullah Yousuf, 34, from Ontario. Yousuf was reeled in by Canadian cops. All have been denied bail and face a maximum statutory penalty 20 years in prison. Known by its Arabic acronym Daesh, Islamic State is a terrorist group that follows the Salafi jihadist branch of Sunni Islam.
