Angel Acres Recreation & Festival Property Ltd. - C'est fini

Those looking to buy the former Kelowna Hells Angels clubhouse will need to watch local real estate listings. The B.C. government says their ex-HA properties will be sold. The Kelowna property's most recent assessment was $1.3m – $674k for the land and $623k for the building. The property at 837 Ellis Street appears to have remained largely untouched since the RCMP operation to change locks in April. It's not clear when the 1 bd, 1.75 bath, 1,893 sqft home will be listed for sale.
The dispute over Hells Angels clubhouses in BC is 100% over. The HAMC won't see it's buildings returned in Kelowna, Nanaimo and East Vancouver as the Supreme Court of Canada has declined to hear their appeal. Refusal to hear the case means there is no further appeal.

1% refers to culture that 99% of motorcyclists are law-abiding, and the last 1% are outlaws to which laws don't apply. OMG began wearing the 1% patch at Sonny Barger's suggestion in the 60s.

Lawyer Alison M. Latimer represented the HAMC. The career implications of filing affidavits from those displaying a 1% patch in public is known through former HA lawyer Ms. Suzan El-Khatib. Why are young women are attracted to career black marks? "Angel Acres and Festivals lawyer Alison M. Latimer told CTV News that the organization was appealing the province's seizure of the properties in Canada's highest court. The application was filed Monday, and Latimer says it could take months for the Supreme Court of Canada to decide if it will hear the appeal or not."
On paper the biggest loser is Damiano Dipopolo who was on title to both the Kelowna and East End clubhouses.
What Angel Acres Recreation & Festival Property Ltd. is all about is partially revealed on legal documents ... "Between: Angel Acres Recreation and Festival Property Ltd., Mitchell Kenneth Riley, John Peter Bryce, Stanley Thomas Gillis, Kim Blake Harmer and Ronald Barry Cameron, Richard Goldammer and Damiano Di Popolo Petitioners." and "An application will be made to the Registrar of Companies for the amalgamation of Angel Acres Recreation & Festival Property Ltd. and 1244041 B.C.
