Vincent Barber, 60, pleaded guilty to five counts including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, as well as possession with intent to distribute cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and crack. Sentencing for Barber is set for October 17 and he will be going away for a lengthy period. Barber’s co-defendant, Ramon Wright, has yet to go on trial. Barber was found with 58 pounds of cocaine, and Wright had 46 pounds of cocaine stored at four addresses in Youngstown, Ohio. In addition to guns, cops lassoed $1,271,144 in cash. |
