Donald Lyons was murdered by Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher exactly one year ago.

On June 15, 2024 Donald Bryce Lyons, 51, was gunned down in his Princeton driveway. Donny Lyons was no choirboy. He was a major gangster, one of the founders of the Independent Soldiers. Lyons spent his entire adult life doing crimes. Lester Jones, the out bad thief VP of the Kelowna Hells Angels, was a close friend of Lyons. When Lyons was murdered he was a major player in the production of synthetic drugs including fentanyl. Lyons was shot down like a dog by his partners, and that was a fate he likely deserved. There has always been compelling circumstantial evidence in the murder of Donny Lyons. Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher are the killers. Strong circumstantial evidence against them is not enough to convince a judge of their guilt.

Donald Bryce Lyons' story is notable for the fact that those he trusted eliminated him, common for those in his line of work. Gangsters need to fear those closest to them. Lyons trusted the Khalistani Sandhers, and the Sinaloa Cartel. That was a fatal mistake.

Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher executed Lyons. Prabtaj Singh Sandher was likely the man who pulled the trigger to make his bones with the Sinaloa Cartel. Donald Lyons was murdered because he was competition in the synthetic drug lab business. Lyons was eliminated by his partners, and orders came from the highest levels.

The decision to eliminate Donnie Lyons was arrived at by Sami El-Helou and Edgar Watson. Chapito Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar gave the final nod of approval. Gurtaj Sandher and Prabtaj Sandher were the hitmen. Unless the Sandhers are charged with the murder of Donnie Lyons, nobody will be. The decision to whack Donnie Lyons was an extremely bad one. Murdering your partners may be fine in Sinaloa Mexico but its frowned upon in Canada. Lyons was well connected and revenge on the killers through rats has been large. His killers have seen 6 labs get busted, and nobody in gangland wants anything more to do with them.

The Sandhers, Donny Lyons and to a lesser degree Dale Habib were in partnership in the synthetic drug business and that business was booming.

The huge load of meth precursors found in Enderby and lassoed by cops belonged to them. RCMP raided a rural property in September 2024 and seized over 30,000 kg of precursor chemicals. The precursors fed multiple labs, including the Falkland lab, which was busted in October.

The Langley fentanyl lab was also busted in Oct. The Spallumcheen lab was nailed in Feb 2025.

3 fentanyl labs in the Lower Mainland busted this spring also belonged to the Sandhers.

A truck registered to Lyons was on the Enderby property. Precursors were acquired by Sami El-Helou and came through DeltaPort via the HAMC's Ricco the Pig Puncher.

Sami El-Helou's Brightway is the conduit for precursors.

P2P meth is manufactured with phenyl-2-propanone (phenylacetone). Purity is above 90% and it is cheap to produce. This was the first time it was found in Western Canada. Other reagents in meth production include hypophosphorous acid, iodine, sulfuric acid and red and white phosphorus. For every kilo of meth, 5 to 7 kilos of toxic waste is produced. For every kilo of fentanyl, up to 15 kilos of toxic waste is produced.

Donny Lyons must be laughing in the afterlife. For all of the dark plots of the Sinaloa Cartel, his murder was the beginning of the end for their operation. Half a dozen labs have been shuttered. American intelligence received in January resulted in busts of labs scattered across B.C.

Donny Lyons, HA Larry Amero and Sukhvir Deo. Lyons survived over 25 years in gangland. He had a very long history with police.

Lyons was a member of the defunct HAMC puppet club The Kingpins run by Dale Habib. The Sandhers were also involved with the Habibs and have close ties with them.

Kelowna councillor Maxime Dehart gushes about 'Durali farm on Old Vernon Road'

KTF's Arsh Dalla threatened murdered Instagram star

Kamal Kaur, real name Kanchan Kumaria, was a Punjabi Instagram influencer found dead in a car last week. She had received threats from Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla last year. Kaur’s body was discovered in a car near Adesh Medical University in Bathinda on June 11, 2025. The discovery was made after locals complained of a foul smell emanating from the parked car. Kamal Kaur was known for her funny social media videos, although she had faced some criticism for using foul language. Preliminary investigation suggests that she was murdered somewhere else and her body was dumped in the car.

Kaur had received threats from Canada-based gangster Arsh Dalla (Arshdeep Singh Gill) last year for posting “inapproporiate” content. In an audio recording reported by News18 Punjab in October 2024, Arsh Dalla was heard saying that Kamal Kaur spreads filth on social media. He then threatened to kill one of her family members unless she removed her videos. Amritpal Singh Mehron is wanted in the murder. He said he will not allow “obscenity and vulgarity” in Punjab. In a video message from his verified Instagram account, Mehron, a Nihang Sikh, told social media influencers from Punjab to delete “vulgar content” from their accounts. “Do it by tonight or you will find me nearby.”

Mehron confessed that Kamal Kaur was murdered by two of his aides for “defaming Sikh values” and “mocking the surname Kaur.” “Khalsa never attacks women, but when a woman targets our Takhts and mocks Sikh values, she cannot be spared,” Mehron said. The Nihang order of Sikhs are known for their distinctive blue attire and adherence to a strict code of conduct.

Sidhu Moose Wala execution - Goldy Brar speaks

Goldy Brar, wanted by Interpol, provided his motive for the Sidhu Moose Wala murder in a series of voice notes to the BBC. “In his arrogance, he [Moose Wala] made some mistakes that could not be forgiven,” Brar said.

“We had no option but to kill him." Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, known as Sidhu Moose Wala, 28, was gunned down in Punjab’s Mansa district 29 May 2022. His vehicle was ambushed and six gunmen armed with AK-47s and pistols opened fire, hitting the rapper with 24 bullets. The central motive, according to Brar, was revenge for the murder of Vicky Middukhera in 2021, an associate of Lawrence Bishnoi.

The origins of the feud was when Moose Wala promoted a kabaddi match organized by the Bambiha gang, rivals of the Bishnoi gang. A brief truce was mediated by Middukhera, but his killing was the end for Moose Wala.

Sachin Bishnoi was extradited to India from Azerbaijan. He is one of the accused in the high-profile murder of Sidhu Moose Wala. Alongside Sachin Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi is also implicated in the murder, as is Goldy Brar. They played a leading role in planning the assassination of Sidhu Moose Wala.

Moose Wala was whacked in his Punjabi village in Mansa, a day after authorities cancelled his security detail.

Within hours of the killing Lawrence Bishnoi reportedly said on social media: “Today, Moosewala was killed in Punjab, I, Sachin Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi take the responsibility. It’s our work. Moose Wala’s name surfaced in our brother Vikramjit Singh Middukhera and Gurlal Brar’s murder, but the Punjab Police did not take any action against him. We also came to know that Moose Wala was also involved in the encounter of our associate Ankit Bhadu. Moose Wala was working against us. Delhi Police had taken his name but Moose Wala used his political power and saved his skin each time.” Fugitive Satinderjit Singh Brar, alias Goldy Brar, is among Canada’s top 25 most-wanted criminals. The RCMP have listed him as number 15. India has repeatedly pleaded with the Canadian government to not allow criminals and terrorists to plan and carry out anti-India crimes from its soil.

Leonardo Rizzuto, mafia boss, among 11 arrested for murder

Cops in Quebec have arrested 11, including Montreal mafia boss Leonardo Rizzuto, in a sweeping operation targeting organized crime across the province. Police were deployed across the cities of Montreal, Laval, Blainville, Shefford, St-Lazare, Repentigny, Quebec City and Rosemère. It all has to do with the contract killer turned rat, Frédérick Silva, who has been collaborating since 2022. The hammer FINALLY fell and all 11 men pleaded not guilty to charges of either first degree murder or conspiracy to commit murder.

Randhir Singh Toor charged with sexual assault

Randhir Singh Toor has been charged with sexual assault against an undocumented foreign worker.

Can-Asia Immigration Consultants was a scam run by Punjabi Rupinder Singh Batth and his wife Navdeep Batth. Batth moved to Canada in 1991 from Chandigarh India and established Can-Asia Immigration Consultancy Services in 1997. The couple faced 69 charges in 2020 for their huge fraud. Two types of immigration fraud were involved, schemes to help obtain temporary work permits and permanent residency using fraudulent work experience and credentials, and getting employers to 'pad' applications to hire temporary foreign workers. The 'padding' of labour market impact assessments (LMIA) essentially creates jobs that never existed. These non-existent jobs are then sold to the highest bidder.

Toor Vineyards, which runs Desert Hills Estate Winery on Black Sage Road in Oliver, was fined $118k and permanently banned from hiring foreign workers.

Randhir (Randy) Toor was the owner and president of Toor Vineyards and Desert Hills. He was named in court documents connected to a rape of a migrant worker. He claims to have sold the business. (info@bcdeserthills.com) In 2022 fines were leveled against Toor for his role in the immigration fraud scheme. Randhir Toor and Toor Vineyards were charged as part of the criminal investigation into the immigration fraud operation of Can-Asia Immigration Consultants. Toor Vineyard was involved with Can-Asia with the creation of positive labour market impact assessments (LMIAs) that were then used to obtain temporary and permanent immigration status in Canada in exchange for payment. Payroll cycling involved producing falsified pay stubs, paycheques, tax documents and proof of employment.Randhir (Randy) Toor, Surinder (Paul) Singla, Ved Kaler and Gurtaj Grewal each faced multiple counts of fraud.

Can-Asia provided $47,550 to Toor for fake employees. Three of those filed for permanent residence in Canada. Toor had been an Auxillary RCMP officer for 27 years.

The title for Kelowna Springs raises red flags. 480 Penno Road Ltd. holds title, but those secured behind the frontmen are Bruce Investments Ltd. and P 251 Enterprises Ltd. P 251 has one director: Ian Robertson, the previous owner of Kelowna Springs Golf Club. Bruce Investments Ltd remains mostly an enigma. Bahamas Leaks revealed a tax scam Bruce Investments Ltd in 2016.

Denciti Development Corp. bought the 106.5 acre property in the fall of 2022. Robertson purchased Kelowna Springs in 1995.
