Trump: Giuliani 'wants to go before Congress' about Ukraine - Update
Andrii TelizhenkoTrump bum boy Rep. Matt Gaetz, one of Trump's top sycophants, said the recent trip by Giuliani to Ukraine was "weird" and "odd." Critics point out that Giuliani's actions are "an ongoing threat to national security."

Nobody can possibly say what role Rudy Giuliani is playing on behalf of the president of the United States.
Trump on Saturday said Rudy Giuliani wants to testify before congressional impeachment investigators about his most recent trip to Ukraine. “He has not told me what he found, but I think he wants to go before Congress,” Trump told reporters at the White House. “I hear he has found plenty.” Giuliani met with ousted Ukrainian prosecutors Yuriy Lutsenko, Viktor Shokin and Kostiantyn H. Kulyk.
Kostiantyn H. Kulyk compiled a seven-page dossier in English that accused the son of former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. of corruption. Kulyk himself has been indicted three times on corruption charges. Kulyk admitted having ties to a warlord in eastern Ukraine accused of working for the Russian intelligence services.

Yuriy Lutsenko is the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine who has become a key figure in the Donald Trump impeachment hearings. Lutsenko is the Ukrainian official that urged Rudy Giuliani’s associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman to remove Marie Yovanovitch from her position as ambassador to Ukraine. Viktor Shokin is widely recognized as a corrupt Russian puppet.

Devin Nunes admits it is "possible" he spoke to Giuliani, Parnas - Update
Devin Nunes' Virginia SLAPP (Strategic Litigation against Public Participation) lawsuits have attracted notice. Despite Nunes being from California, and the fact that many of those he targets are California-based, he's filed virtually all his lawsuits in Virginia state court. Virginia has a weak anti-SLAPP law. California has a robust one.

Legislators in Virginia have woken up to the open abuse of the court and are beefing up Virginia's anti-SLAPP law. Often called “court-assisted terrorism,” multiple lawsuits without merit are tools powerful entities file to stifle their critics or cripple them financially.

Devin Nunes admits it is "possible" that he spoke with Rudy Giuliani and his indicted associate Lev Parnas, but does not recall any conversations, duh, after telephone logs between the pair were revealed in the House Intelligence Committee report.

"You know, it's possible," Nunes said. "But I haven't gone through all my phone records." "I don't really recall that name, I remember the name now because he's been indicted. I'll go back and check on my records."

ONLY GOP defence - Rudy went rouge - Update
There is a "Clear and present danger: Trump compromised security and abused office" and "solicited foreign interference in the 2020 election."A report has been released by Democrats. It says Trump placed personal political interests "above the national interests of the United States." Evidence of misconduct was overwhelming "and so too is the evidence of his obstruction of Congress."

Formal charges are expected to include abuse of power, obstruction of justice and contempt of Congress. "No other President has flouted the Constitution and power of Congress to conduct oversight to this extent."
Despite testimony from POTUS telling all to “talk to Rudy,” the new Republican report insists Giuliani was not speaking on his behalf. The report notes that the White House took steps to rein in Giuliani when he attempted to secure a U.S. visa for Viktor Shokin.

An attorney representing Lev Parnas, asked that materials seized during his client’s arrest be released to the House committees leading the impeachment inquiry. He asked a federal court in Manhattan for an update, referring to electronic devices that were seized in searches. Federal prosecutors described the material seized from Parnas and his three co-defendants to be "voluminous" including 29 electronic devices.
Parnas helped arrange overseas meetings and calls for Nunes in 2018.
Devin Nunes is the top Republican presiding over the impeachment hearings and was central to Trump’s failed efforts to discredit the Mueller probe. Nunes continues to malign the Russia investigation, decrying it as the “Russia hoax” even though investigators are asking whether Trump lied in writing to Mueller’s investigators in his sworn statements.

Parnas said that Trump tasked him with a “secret mission” at a 2018 White House Hanukkah party to pressure Ukraine into investigating the Bidens. Trump has repeatedly said he doesn't know Parnas.
GOP release Report - Trump did nothing wrong
Despite testimony from scores of credible witnesses, the GOP has determined Trump committed “no quid pro quo, bribery, extortion, or abuse of power.” They say any references to a quid pro quo are conjecture and hearsay.
They label ALL former and current State Department officials and members of the intelligence community as “unelected bureaucrats."

They also claim the infamous July 25 phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky, seen as the 'smoking gun', is actually, in reality, exonerating Trump completely.
Tail wags Dog - Fox News says drop Giuliani - toxic chump
Giuliani was extremely active pushing his business interests while trying to get dirt on the Bidens.Fox News host Steve Hilton called on Trump to drop Giuliani. Hilton blasted Giuliani as an “unethical disaster” and "trying to enrich himself on the back of his relationship with President Trump." His comments came after news Giuliani tried to add Ukrainian prosecutor Yuri Lutsenko and the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice as clients. " ... it's time to dump these toxic chumps." Hilton added. “They've really led President Trump astray."
STILL not arrested, Rudy responded on Twitter.

"Since representing Trump I have considered and turned down all deals in Ukraine, even those not presenting a conflict. Lawyers tell me @SteveHiltonx is a wild card and I should sue him for libel. " He goes on, "If it wasn’t for me, @SteveHiltonx wouldn’t even be covering Burisma. He sure didn’t cover it for the THREE YEARS it was in front of his face. He should apologize for his maliciousness and thank me for the story! He recklessly disregarded the truth!
