 | A judge ordered Anthony Comello, 25, transferred to a state Office of Mental Health facility for further evaluation. Comello fatally shot Gambino crime family boss Francesco (Franky Boy) Cali, 53, outside Cali’s home on March 13, 2019. Comello’s former lawyer, contends the defendant was deluded by conspiracy theories and thought he was defending himself when he shot the victim.
