 | In late 2020, 4502 Pyman Road sold for about $18m. Bank of Montreal financed the Sandhers 1,516 acre, 11-titled property on an inter alia mortgage. An inter alia is a mortgage secured by more than one property. A single mortgage document is executed and registered against each property that is used as security. Called a blanket mortgage, it is rare in Canada. Bir Singh Sandher's brother Sukhdev Singh Sandher also operates under an inter alia BMO mortgage. Construction of the reinforced concrete drug lab bunker started without permits or approvals in spring 2021 and ended in late fall. Cherries have never been grown on the 1,300m mountainside range land. Temperature decreases by 6.5° C for every 1,000 meters gained in altitude. Sandhers have purchased gas chromatographs, a mass spectrometer, HPLC equipment, and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.
