There was always one burning question related to Daniel Byma and his very good, undisclosed friend Justice Ward K. Branch. HOW did his Sandher Crime Family matter end up before his buddy Branch? It would take a coincidence of immensely large proportion if it were chance. As it turns out there was never any coincidence at all. Justice K. Ward Branch has been the subject of multiple complaints to the Canadian Judicial Council. The latest arbitrary denial for any consideration at all comes from one Robin MacKay of the CJC. There is a great deal troubling with both Robin MacKay and his fundamentally flawed logic.
Robin MacKay, until recently, was a semi-employed lawyer of virtually zero merit. His LinkedIn suggests he isn’t qualified to pick up dog shit, let alone make final determinations under authority of the CJC. At very best he appears a temporary affirmative action hire.
Justice K. Ward Branch issued an interlocutory gag order favourable to the Sandher Crime Family in September 2024. He did this after refusing to look at the Government of Canada immigration documents (LMIA) of Sinaloa Cartel boss Edgar Watson that proved Sandher affidavits were lies. He also refused to look at or consider the CFSEU document ‘Operation Valley Cloak‘.

Justice K. Ward Branch found that the claims made were “not credible” and found that there is no indication that the Sandher family have a “poor reputation,” relating to the allegations of gang activity. Additionally, the Justice ruled that there is evidence of “irreparable harm” and “emotional damage” being caused by the posts. Here.

We received compelling information from reliable sources that Justice Ward K. Branch was compromised and corrupt. That makes everything he did fall into place. A complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) about Justice Ward K. Branch’s misconduct was summarily rejected by a bureaucrat. Here
97% of all complaints submitted to the CJC are rejected by a bureaucrat each year before being considered at all, and the reason given most often is ‘discretion’. In other words Justice K. Ward Branch had ‘discretion’ to ignore compelling evidence placed under his nose, and ‘discretion’ to not disclose his glaring conflict of interest with Sandher Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma. The leader of the CJC is Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada Richard Wagner. He gifted Daniel Byma his position and is his new boss.

Weeks after Justice K. Ward Branch’s order, cops seized over 30 tonnes of Sandher precursors in Enderby. On October 25, 2024 the largest drug lab ever seen on Canadian soil in Falkland was busted. It too belonged to the Sandhers with the Sinaloa Cartel. The Langley fentanyl ‘super lab’ bust was November 27, 2024. The Spallumcheen lab bust was February 20, 2025. 3 Sandher labs in Aldergrove, Langley Township, and Pitt Meadows were busted between March 26 and 29, 2025. Justice K.
