Dipopolo was peaking. Cops released a list of properties owned by HAMC in Kelowna and Damiano Dipopolo appeared 7 times. After retiring from the Calgary pigs after 28 years in 2019 and opening an unlicensed ‘Cyber Security’ operation s01ve Cyber Solutions, Parhar became a mouthpiece for Damiano DiPopolo’s PR needs.
Parhar became a principal in https://retraincanada.com/. They drew government funding for various schemes. Parhar has a strong connect to disgraced lawyer Pat Higgerty. They shared office space right up until Higgerty Law went under due to a $100m dollar lawsuit. Calgary lawyer Higgerty represented women who were sexually harassed and abused by RCMP officers. He was charged with sexual assault, public indecency and harassment in April 2024.
