Independent journalist Mocha Bezirgan has assembled a stunning report on the newly appointed Chief of Alberta Police Satpal Singh Parhar (Sat Parhar). It is highly, HIGHLY recommended reading. Here.

“I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman.” – These immortal words are from July 2005, when former and now out bad thief and former Kelowna HAMC boss Damiano Dipopolo cried his heart out to the press that publicity had torpedoed his purchase of the Champagne Charlie’s building. Dipopolo was peaking. Cops released a list of properties owned by HAMC in Kelowna and Damiano Dipopolo appeared 7 times. Here. “I lost the mortgage I was going to have with the bank because they singled me out,” Dipopolo cried.

“The bank said they thought I was a bad risk. I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman.” |
Then CPS Deputy Chief Sat Parhar was cleared of wrongdoing by piggies in 2013. The complaint came against the head of the organized crime unit in Calgary accusing him of suppressing evidence among other things. Here.

Sat Parhar had a very long term association with the disgraced and never busted HAMC boss Damiano Dipopolo. |
After retiring from the Calgary pigs after 28 years in 2019 and opening an unlicensed ‘Cyber Security’ operation s01ve Cyber Solutions, Parhar became a mouthpiece for Damiano DiPopolo’s PR needs.
Parhar became a principal in https://retraincanada.com/. They drew government funding for various schemes. Parhar has a strong connect to disgraced lawyer Pat Higgerty. They shared office space right up until Higgerty Law went under due to a $100m dollar lawsuit. Calgary lawyer Higgerty represented women who were sexually harassed and abused by RCMP officers. He was charged with sexual assault, public indecency and harassment in April 2024.
It is this opinion Sat Parhar has always been hugely corrupt. The stunning work of Mocha Bezirgan proves it. Sat Parhar is a stomach turning offense to every Canadian.
