Aiden Pleterski - guilty of fraud

Aiden Pleterski has been found quilty of fraud. "Mr. Pleterski was no 'Crypto King.' Far from it. As it turns out he was no king at all. He was a thief. A thief who stole investor money and used it as he pleased. A thief who stole investor money using calculated lies," Crown prosecutor Akshay Aurora told the jury. "As you've seen, he burned through that money. Pleterski took more than $36 million from investors for trading, but never put a cent of it into the trading platform FXChoice on their contracts. Instead, the Crown provided financial records at trial showing Pleterski spent $16.3 million of it on himself and gave another $16.1 million back to investors as returns. Self described ‘crypto king’ Aiden Pleterski, 25, had just landed in Melbourne 18 months ago. He was on a months-long travel spree he prolifically posted about. Despite bankruptcy proceedings tied to his $40m fraud, he was partying in Los Angeles for Halloween, posting poolside from Miami, and travelling to London for a pro fight.

Pleterski hadn't been criminally charged. He spends hours live streaming, including more than five hours building and destroying a Lego Titanic.

Akil Heywood and 3 others are charged with kidnapping Pleterski for ransom. Pleterski owes $40m to dum dums. They petitioned Pleterski into bankruptcy. “I can assure you I am innocent,” Heywood says. He lost $740k to Pleterski. Heywood was involved in Pleterski’s bankruptcy proceedings and had access to documents. 5 people involved in the case were voted to represent Pleterski’s investors. Heywood was one of them. Heywood is alleged to have threatened the bankruptcy trustee to pay him $2m in crypto.

HA Jean-Richard Larivière

HA Jean-Richard Larivière's trial is next month.

'Race' was spotted at a police checkpoint at 'First Run 2025' in May.

Jean-Richard 'Race' Larivière, 57, was among 11 men arrested June 16, 2025 in Project Alliance. He's been caged since. He is charged with conspiring to kill Vincent Lamer on November 3, 2017 and Samy Tamouro, a man tied to the Hells Angels in Quebec who was killed in Mexico near the end of 2023. He is also charged in the Silva hit of Sébastien Beauchamp on December 20, 2018. Earlier the same year, on Jan. 24, 2018, Jean-Guy Bourgouin was shot outside a restaurant in St-Léonard. Larivière allegedly ordered that shooting, as he was charged with attempted murder. Larivière is also charged in the hit on Gaétan Sévigny on Oct. 17, 2019.

Larivière later received his colours after being promoted to a member in good standing of the Montreal chapter. In 2018 the National Organized Crime Squad (ENRCO) seized his patches. In the Hells Angels, having your colors in the hands of cops is a personal insult. The club's bylaws stipulate that all members "are obliged to have their jackets". The problem is that they do not have the right to have more than one jacket. 'Race' had to order another set of patches. Larivière was fined $1k for obstructing cops at the 2018 Martin Robert wedding in Montreal. The drunk biker got himself tasered by cops at the event and spent the night in jail.

Larivière was arrested again on July 6, 2020 after a dispute at the Pizzeria Sofia restaurant. The owner announced last call before closing. Unhappy that his supply of booze had ended, Larivière and a goon attacked him. The altercation was captured by cameras. Larivière, 54, pleaded guilty to assault. Charges of assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats were dropped.

Larivière is a target of Quebec homicide cops.

Larivière has been connected to many murders. The killings of Stéphane Dupuis in April and Sébastien Giroux and Hugues Leblanc in May 2022 are all connected to the HA drug trade. The hit of right hand man Samy 'Blue' Tamouro is another. Tamouro was killed at a gym in Cancun in December 2023.

Tamouro was part of an internal purge following the revelations of informer Frédérick Silva. Tamouro knew Silva well. The assassins were busted, and it was revealed the pair worked for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Underworld figures were photographed at Tamouro's funeral in Canada, including gang leader Jean-Philippe Célestin and HAMC trafficker Benoit Nantel-Gagnon.

Morteq Lending Corp - Sandher Family Trust

A 'smoking gun' legal matter. The Morteq Lending Corp lawsuit ties the Khalistani synthethic drug producers together conclusively. Litigation principals include Bir Singh Sandher, brothers Sukhdev Singh Sandher and Rajinder Singh Sandher (R&K Sandher Orchards), and Sandher Family Trust. Ravinder Robbie Singh Ghag was the owner of a property in Chilliwack that hosted a massive fentanyl/MDMA lab that was busted in October 2025. 2923 200 Street Langley 3 bd, 2 ba, 2,436sq ft last sold in June 2016 for $2,000,000 2879 200 Street Langley 5 bd, 4.5 ba 3,538 sq ft last sold July 2023 for $6,872,300 MortEq president Parm Purewall. Purewall established PHL Capital in 2008.

The clandestine lab at 44843B South Sumas Road returned more than 50 pounds of finished fentanyl pills. Justin Tyler Fauth, 35, and Carlos Balbino Martinez, 37, were arrested leaving the property. Sonny Ghag, the father of property owner Robbie Ghag, told reporters outside the main house that he knew nothing about the tenants who rented the outbuildings next door.

RCMP say the cleanup of a drug superlab in the Fraser Valley cost hundreds of thousands. It was 40 kilograms of fentanyl and its analogs, along with 5,000 kilograms of chemicals used to make more drugs. Other drugs were collected, including kilos of MDMA and methamphetamine. Cops also seized another 50 kilograms of fluorofentanyl, which is believed to have originated from the Chilliwack drug lab. The 'high level of sophistication' is when bootleg chemists make their fentanyl more potent. Fluorofentanyl is a fentanyl analogue with the addition of a fluorine atom. It is structurally similar to fentanyl but more lipid-soluble, increasing its potency and overdose risk. It is a strong mu-opioid receptor agonist, up to twice as strong as fentanyl. The margin between a dose and a fatal overdose is tiny.

Deoxo-Fluor is a specialized and expensive fluorinating agent. Its presence at the Sandher Lab bust in Falkland indicated a very high level of sophistication. Deoxo-Fluor is used to replace oxygen atoms (like those in N-Boc-3-pyrrolidinone) with fluorine atoms. Adding fluorine to a drug often makes it more potent. It helps it cross the blood-brain barrier more easily, and can make it harder for standard drug tests to detect. In an industrial lab setting, fluorinating could double production. Fluorination is a powerful tool in legitimate medicine, but in the hands of clandestine “super lab” chemists, it is used to create drugs that are much more lethal and addictive than their non-fluorinated counterparts. The presence of Deoxo-Fluor in Enderby confirmed that the Sandher's chemists were actively modifying molecules.

Even the public have drawn comparisons to the Falkland superlab bust when 54 kg of fentanyl or its analogs were uncovered in October 2024. Folks should notice, it's precisely the same operators.

When executed Hardside Hells Angel Suminder “Ali” Grewal wanted to buy investment property in Maple Ridge, he turned to a Punjabi mortgage broker in Surrey to get financing. Despite terrible credit, collections and multiple court cases, he obtained a $860k mortgage for his company A. Grewal Holdings Ltd. When Grewal defaulted months later, that loan was paid out by Morteq Lending. In April 2019, Grewal ceased to be a director of the company that bore his name. A realtor named Balpreet Bal replaced Grewal as a director. On Aug. 2, 2019, hours after Grewal was gunned down, a request was submitted to the B.C. corporate registry to change the name of the company from A. Grewal Holdings to 1083814 BC Ltd.

BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) issued urgent orders against Balpreet Singh Bal and his Fraseridge Realty Ltd. and associated scams in late 2025. Bal was connected to Morteq Lending Corp. There are multiple cascading lawsuits ongoing with Morteq Lending Corp. Their 'high risk' model of providing capital to upper echelon organized Punjabi gangsters is going poorly.

The mayor of Langley Township, Eric Woodward (ewoodward@tol.ca), listed Morteq Lending as his company's mortgage lender in his nomination disclosure page: Here Its said Morteq's Sunjeev Bath has been a large Woodward donor over the last few years.

Republican Party of Alberta - Cameron Davies

A list of electors provided to the Calgary based separatist Republican Party of Alberta in June 2025 was illegally leaked to David Parker by Cameron Davies. That is the party responsible for the illegal distribution of the private voter information of 2.9m Albertans. The Republican Party of Alberta is led by Cameron Davies. The Evangelical Alberta Republican movement 'Faith, Family, Freedom' is fighting against what it sees as attempts by Ottawa to sabotage Alberta's oil industry. The financial backers of the Republican Party of Alberta frequently include wealthy business owners and oil executives. Many of those are in and around Calgary. This is a serious breach by a pure criminal, again.

Cameron Davies is a former political operative, well known as a separatist hack for the United Conservative Party (UCP). He, the Republican Party of Alberta, and David Parker are the subject of a class action lawsuit and various investigations, including the RCMP. Data stolen contained electors’ first names, middle names, surnames, address, postal code, telephone number, unique identifier number, electoral division, and voting area.

Like David Parker, Cameron Davies has a long track record of Election Act violations. "Cameron Davies, who was Callaway's communications manager, faces a total of $12,000 in new fines for providing money to other individuals that was then used to donate to the campaign. He was previously fined $15,000." On February 10, 2025, the Buffalo party changed its name to the Republican Party of Alberta. On April 11, 2025, Cameron Davies was acclaimed as leader. Despite multiple elections, the party has never been close to electing anyone. Davies himself managed a 3rd in a by-election in the town of Olds, Alberta.

After Kerry-Lynne Findlay won a fractured BC Conservative leadership, she imported her crew from the Republican Party of Alberta. This alienated her fragile base, resulting in her resignation. Apollo Chung was the main operative from the Republican Party of Alberta. On August 26, Findlay fired Chung after audio clips featuring him were posted to X. In the clips, someone who sounds like Chung plots to steal from the party and its fundraising efforts.

Chung and his boys, including Anthony G. Russo, were fired and Russo was kicked out of the B.C. Conservatives. Russo and others including Wyatt Claypool joined OneBC, working for Dallas Brodie. They piloted that ship right to the bottom. Reporters have documented the flow of large, anonymous donations from America into the Republican Party of Alberta. After news of the Republican Party of Alberta crime hit, the executives/traitors very quickly removed their mugs from the website.

A recent Globe and Mail article painted a grim picture of growing influence of MAGA interests with traitors in Alberta. MAGA operatives are on the ground in Alberta.

The recently completed Alberta referendum showed support topping out at 24%, or about 9% of Alberta's population. These screaming Canadian traitors are a tiny fringe party of nuts. These 'people' would sell Canada out to Trump, and they make no bones about that whatever.

Chief Justice of Canada welcomes Daniel Byma - #CJC File 25-0591

Richard Wagner has been a justice on the Supreme Court of Canada since October 2012. He was named the Chief Justice of Canada in 2017. In 2023, Richard Wagner was criticized for his handling of the complaint against judge Russell Brown. In 2024, Wagner was criticized for having a bust of himself exhibited inside the Supreme Court building. It was apparently paid for by taxpayers. Wagner was also criticized for his excessive foreign travel as chief justice, racking up huge expenses. He was criticized for overstepping the court's constitutional role. "I think that the courts in Canada are seen to be impartial, independent, and are well-regarded." He spewed ... “Mr. Byma is an exceptional jurist, with significant experience in private practice”.

Byma clerked for him from August 2012 through August 2013. Ex-Sandher Crime Family lawyer Daniel Byma describes himself as 'Executive Legal Officer and Chief of Staff Supreme Court of Canada'. Daniel Byma didn't obtain his position through merit or any competitive process with other qualified candidates, it was obtained through his personal relationship with Richard Wagner. 

"The Supreme Court of Canada is Canada's final court of appeal. It serves Canadians by deciding legal issues of public importance, thereby contributing to the development of all branches of law applicable within Canada. The independence of the Court, the quality of its work and the esteem in which it is held both in Canada and abroad contribute significantly as foundations for a secure, strong and democratic country founded on the Rule of Law."

Daniel Byma's conduct while representing the designated terrorist Sinaloa Cartel through Bir Singh Sandher has been documented in extreme detail here. It is IMPOSSIBLE for him to claim ignorance of the fact he advanced the interests of Canada's largest fentanyl producer. Under his watch 6 Sandher fentanyl labs were busted in B.C., including the largest illicit lab ever seen on Canadian soil in Falkland. Daniel Byma has proven himself a perversion tool of justice and the terrorist designated Sinaloa Cartel.

Byma is a malignant cancer on the highest court in Canada. The Rt. Hon. Richard Wagner, P.C. is entirely incapable of elementary due dilligence before burdening the Supreme Court of Canada. His blindness is not acceptable. A CSIS/CFSEU security assessment is required on Daniel Byma with his position going to a candidate with merit, not 'connections' to a deliberately obtuse Wagner. At last report, as Wagner's salary exceeds $450k, he's advocating for a $60k raise.

Mr. Byma has joined the Chambers of the Chief Justice for a two-year term. Here This grossly ignorant judge has not examined Daniel Byma's track record since the last time Byma stroked his penis as a clerk.
