3 fentanyl labs were busted in Aldergrove, Langley Township, and Pitt Meadows between March 26 and 29, 2025. Another part of the Sandher Crime Family operations in B.C., the civil forfeiture lawsuit laid out new details. The director of civil forfeiture names Langley residents Cesar Douglas Escobar Calderon, Harpaul Singh Gill and Michaela Marie Butler Christensen as defendants. The total assessed value of the properties is more than $4.7 million.
Townhouse at 8476 207A St. in Langley owned by Cesar Douglas Escobar-Caldereon. The director says Escobar Calderon’s townhouse at 8476 207A St. and Gill and Butler’s house at 3745 208 St. should be handed over to the government, as should a warehouse owned by Harpaul Singh Gill’s company at 3088 275A St. in Aldergrove.
Home at 3745 208th Street in Langley. Drug lab equipment was delivered here to be sent to various locations. The owner of the home is Harpaul Singh Gill. He distributed the equipment to the lab in Aldergrove and two others — one on McKechnie Road in Pitt Meadows and the other on Seux Road in Mission.

Cops also seized a 2020 Dodge Ram, a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 2015 dump trailer owned by Gill and Escobar Calderon. When police went to the McKechnie Road property with a search warrant on March 26, they found Escobar Calderon and “a clandestine laboratory for the purposes of manufacturing or processing fentanyl and other controlled substances,” as well as 359 grams of fentanyl and “large volumes of precursors used in the synthesis of fentanyl,” Escobar Calderon’s townhouse yielded a safe with MDMA inside, and “illicit drug synthesis manuals” and “handwritten notes on illicit drug synthesis,” The Seux Road property in Mission, the third clandestine lab returned “commercial-sized laboratory equipment,” 2246 grams of MDMA, 5,000 grams of fentanyl, and “large volumes of precursors.”
Gill was likely the chemist and he is said to have returned to India. His company was One Oak Construction Ltd. It would make sense to whack him to silence his acquired knowledge.
RCMP David Teboul is full of shit saying that the labs are NOT producing fentanyl destined for the U.S. “to be abundantly clear” my ass. That’s precisely where its going, some of it dropped by helicopter.
The presence of commercial-grade laboratory equipment at each site, along with a Punjabi chemist, confirms the work of the Sandhers and Sinaloa Cartel.
This is very large scale industrial production of fentanyl and other synthetic drugs. Here.
Fentanyl labs were probably capable of producing 7kg of fentanyl weekly. The amount seized wasn’t disclosed but based on the photos its likely 10 to 15 kg. A number being spewed is 5.5 million doses of fentanyl and that jives with 10kg. The Aldergrove site was in a commercial area in Langley Township, and the Pitt Meadows lab was near a residential neighbourhood. This bust made it 6 Sandher fentanyl labs busted in 7 months.
