Denciti try to pull a fast one

The location of the Denciti ‘community meeting’ is the clubhouse at the golf course, 480 Penno Road, Kelowna. The Save Kelowna Springs website spells out concerns of residents. Local press reported – after being tipped off.

The clever capitalists at Denciti thought they might stack a ‘community meeting’ with their preferred shills to prevent discouraging words and potential lynching. They ‘forgot’ to tell nearby residents who found out anyway. Up against vocal and determined locals, the shitbags, led by Garry Fawley know what folks think of their bullshit. Rumours are rife and it has everything to do with the pending development of Denciti’s Kelowna Springs golf course into infinitely more profitable industrial land. Rumour says that the Sandhers and Garry Fawley are in bed together, with the Fawley hand behind the purchase of another piece of ALR land near the ‘proposed’ development with the intention of building a road through the ALR ground. This would partially explain Gurtaj Singh Sandher’s recent determined attempts to steal more land near the crime family’s plant on Old Vernon Road.

Any ground near the new industrial park is worth more to those in the know and its been 20 months of watching crooked basterds suck ALR ground up in the full knowledge their Kelowna Council will rubber stamp their evil plans for redevelopment. Which ground has been stolen lately is on our list.

Paperwork for the redevelopment was submitted to the City of Kelowna in June. When the dog and pony council ‘debate’ takes place hasn’t been disclosed. Compromised members of Kelowna Council best be ready to kiss their careers goodbye on this one. They stand to be tarred and feathered as Kelowna citizens made their displeasure well know and in tidal wave proportion.

Conflicted mayor Tom Dyas ran on opposing Kelowna Springs and he replaced the well financed Punjabi shill Colin Basran by a 3 to 1 margin. His loyalties have apparently shifted in favour of Khalistani interests since his election. His sidekick Mohini Singh is grossly Khalistani positive. The pair even met Gurtaj Singh Sandher on the new $1m family boat last fall to arrange a Sandher steal.

In fall 2024, the Sandhers were nailed for the third time for $110k for illegally dumping their plant waste into a Kelowna ditch. A meeting was arranged between Gurtaj Sandher, mayor Dyas, and Mohini Singh. The meeting was held on board the Sandher’s brand new $1m Regal 42 FXO yacht. The Sandher yacht was moored at Kelowna Yacht Club and their meeting was watched by cops. Dyas thereafter announced taxpayers would support the Sandhers with their 7.5+ years of illegal dumping.

The cost to the Sandhers for their subsquent City of Kelowna permit to dump their plant waste into a manhole was a one-time fee of $100.

A ridiculous ribbon cutting for a Mr. Mikes Steakhouse at the Ramada Hotel was well attended. Owner Gurjit Singh Jhajj and son Ajay were there with mayor Dyas and employee/councilwoman Maxime Dehart.

While I agree with the part of the developer pulling a fast on to move to get industrial development replacing the golf course. However, I certainly find the last comments racists and offending regarding the past mayor, Mohni Singh and the local east Indian entrepreneur.
I know them well. They do not support Khalistan and are Canadians.

Mohini Singh has supported EVERY Khalistani initiate and I refer specifically to the KTF’s bosses Bir Singh Sandher and Gurjit Singh Jhajj. I also refer to the OUTRAGEOUSLY open money laundering of Canco Petroleum, partially owned by the Nijjars, brothers to the slain KTF boss Hardeep Singh Nijjar. All are connected to Sami El-Helou, one of the largest money launderers in the world. Perhaps you should spell out which of the ‘east Indian entrepreneurs’ you are referring to. Colin Basran was clearly and fully controlled by the Khalistani connection, and he ended up being fully disgraced and revealed for what he was … a paid shill.

I would be interested in knowing which specific Khalistani initiative these named people backed with dependable facts.

‘Named people’ is it now? From ‘east Indian entrepreneur’. I would like to know why you can’t even SAY the names of the Khalistani we’re talking about. I suggest it’s because these are the leaders of the Khalistani terrorist movement, specifically Bir Singh Sandher and Gurjit Singh Jhajj. Former leader of the KTF (Khalistan Tiger Force) was Arshdeep Singh Gill of the Kelowna Gills – Bir Singh Sandher’s first cousin. As far as facts go you need to read the blog. There are a great many of them and you seem to be ignoring them all. https://www.gangsterismout.com/?page_id=606

I believe the City and Ian Robertson were involved in a scheme that designated the Kelowna Springs lands as industrial in the long-range Community Plan. This appears to have happened when Kelowna Springs applied to have their lands placed within the city boundaries and serviced by the city.

Given that the population growth in the City of Kelowna is going to be substantial, and recreation lands are going to be even more precious. Right now tee times for anyone wanting to play golf are virtually nonexistent and destroying Kelowna Springs will not help this matter one bit.

Kelowna Springs was Colin Basran’s personal project. He gave every indication of being compromised, and in many, many ways. The source of Denciti’s truly unlimited capital remains enigmatic. They absolutely have been buying ALR ground around the project and coincidentially so have been the Khalistani. Denciti clearly overpaid and today the demand for industrial properties in Kelowna, and woodframe rental condos, has dropped off a cliff.

This whole charade is just another underhanded ploy by a developer to try can circumvent the law a pay off the council. We voted for Dyas to protect the recreational land as it is in danger of being swallowed up by these out of towners and it seems Dyas is ok with this.
Well Mayor Dyas.you will have strong opposition in the next election and you will be out on your crooked ass just like Colin the crook Basran.
