Walia Forex is owned by Walia Forex Private Limited based in Kapurthala Punjab. Listed Canadian directors included Harjit (Hardeep) Singh Nijjar and Parminder Kaur Sandher. Hardeep Singh Nijjar was Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) boss and was executed in Surrey in 2023. Parminder Kaur Sandher is the wife of Sukhdev Sandher, Bir Sandher’s brother. The operation has been under Indian government watch since 2009 for financing the KTF, Sikh Youth Federation, Iranian drug lord Naji Sharifi Zendashti and Pakistani drug lord Muhammad Asif Hafeez.
