The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario has FINALLY dismissed Jessica Simpson’s discrimination complaint against Canada Galaxy Pageants. That one was started by Yaniv in 2019. He abandoned the bloody thing years ago.

The mortgage forclosure process in B.C. is a standardized process. At this point Yaniv and crew are SERIOUSLY under water on the condo mortgage. They are now in the final 6 month redemption period. The mortgage accrues interest compounded daily and if it isn’t paid out in full within the next 6 months a final order nisi will be issued. This will hand conduct of sale over to the lender who will then list the unit with a realtor for disposition. Yaniv has until January 24, 2026 to pay out the loan plus interest. That is “$340,603.36 as of July 24, 2025 plus per diem interest currently at the rate of $109.79 from and including July 25, 2025 subject to increase based on monthly compounding.” 183 Days x $109.79 = $20,091.57. $20,091.57 + $340,603.36 = $360,694.93. Best guesses suggests the 1 bedroom condo #203 – 8915 202 Street Langley probably can’t be resold for much more than its assessed value, around $420k.

Yaniv was arrested after a fracas at her condo. He/she figured it’s ‘disabilty dog’ had free reign over the complex. Residents asked for proof and Yaniv went bananas. After video busted him/her cold 3 charges followed.

Jonathan Yaniv has filed 5 separate complaints against BC Emergency Health Services for discrimination based on his sexual orientation. All have been denied. The PHSA sued Yaniv to stop the continuous abuse of first responders. File 2272418. The day after PHSA got a judgment for $4,499 – $3,500 penalty plus court costs, Yaniv claimed on social media that he was “sexually harassed and abused”.
