The shooter was a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. KTF boss Arsh Dalla helpfully provided recent photos for cops on Instagram just prior to the shooting. Most photos Arsh Dalla are from his early 20's. The latest are far more recent. 'Brown Munde' is literally 'Brown Boys'.
