The Nijjars are brothers to slain KTF leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He also met with Gurjit Singh Jhajj. Arsh Dalla was a guest of his cousin, Bir Singh Sandher.

Gurjit Jhajj made the news in 2023 when he purchased Tower Ranch Golf Course in Rutland. Durali Properties owns Sunset Ranch Golf Course, Subway franchises, and the Durali Villa in Vernon. The explosion in Gurji Singh Jhajj fortunes, like Canco Petroleum, has been dramatic.

A decade ago he was struggling with rezoning for his 'Durali Villa' renovation.

In the past 5 years he must have raised well over $100m in capital.
