Ralph van der Walle - Beach House at Saratoga sued for $906,225.16 - update II

Ralph van der Walle tried to sell 'sold out' condos at 9022 Clarkson Avenue in Black Creek for years. C4 was first listed for $859,900 by Saba Realty in 2021. In January agent Viet Do viet@vietdo.ca was involved. Agent Kirsten Marten kirsten@martenhomes.ca, the owner of CB Oceanside has also been agent this year.
Ralph van der Walle's gnome-like lawyer Sanjeev Patro came up with "impugning the integrity and bona fides of the plaintiff". He gets the wet noodle for the unlawerly "prosected". That word means "a dissection of a cadaver or part of a cadaver performed by an expert for demonstration purposes". Here. (Sanjeev corrected after his doggy nose was rubbed in it, after years.)

On June 9, 2025 it was revealed his builder, Saywell Contracting Ltd. is suing him for $906,225.16 plus costs. Clearly, very, the shitboxes have never changed hands and Ralph van der Walle failed to pay his bills.
The plan for the extremely remote area was 29 units and 1 'caretaker unit'. Major issue was and is TC-1 zoning, which mandates a maximum 6 month occupancy per year. The 30 units of the 'Beach House at Saratoga' are drawing water from Black Creek watershed, and water is severely limited.
In order to mitigate draw, cisterns for water storage were required. Sewage is septic drainage. The area doesn't have infrastructure for high density development and this project should never have been built.
Condos are 10 to 15 feet above ground and stairs are the only option. This makes it dangerous for seniors and those with children.
Beach House at Saratoga General Partner Inc. was incorporated Aug 17, 2017. Land was purchased from 1069585 B.C. Ltd. (Ralph van der Walle) for $1.5m (a $450k markup) Construction cost some $13m.

Ralph van der Walle never had any equity in the white elephant, and he had 2 foreclosures in his past. We called this obvious scamjob from Day 1 and that is precisely what came to pass.
Most recently conman Ralph van der Walle is soliciting for live ones at 'crowdfunding' platform Addy Invest. THOSE criminals were recently spanked for a $100k fine by the BCSC for fraudulently abusing the 'crowdfunding' securities exemption. Idiots in that scamola are losing every penny. Spotting con artists is never rocket science, and Ralph van der Walle proves this. A body should have been able to smell his stench a mile away.

Kirsten Marten - co-owner CB Oceanside Victoria

Kirsten Marten discloses she is the owner of Coldwell Banker Oceanside in Victoria. She also discloses she bought a unit at Beach House at Saratoga, A24. She has been trying to unload it since January 2023. Marten discloses that senior Coldwell Banker management has decreed the firm will carry no further MLS listings for 9022 Clarkson Ave. She denies repeatedly her seller was the promoter. Here.

Co-owners Mark Rice and Kirsten Marten acquired Coldwell Banker Oceanside in 2019. Kirsten Marten ran to the cops when I busted her, claiming e-mails that outed her unethical behaviour were 'criminal harassment'.
