The Alkhalil Brothers - revisited

A crime group of five brothers became known as the Alkhalil organization. Iranian patriarch Hossein Alkhalil fled Palestine during the 1948 Arab-Israeli conflict, travelling first to Lebanon and then to Saudi Arabia before coming to Canada with wife Soumaya Azzam and their children. The family came to Canada in 1990, landing at Montréal-Mirabel International Airport and making a refugee claim. In 2004, after the death of two brothers in B.C. the family moved to Ottawa.

Nabil Alkhalil, Hisham 'Terry' Alkhalil, and Rabih 'Robby' Alkhalil.
A fire broke out October 8, 2024 at an Alkhalil bungalow on Rossland Avenue in Nepean. A few doors down is another home once owned by Hisham 'Terry' Alkhalil. He sold that property in 2021 to his sister.
In February 2022, Hells Angel Damion Ryan was found hiding out in the home and was busted.
Hisham 'Terry' Alkhalil is the third born of the five brothers. He had buildings with a combined worth of about $1.4m seized as proceeds of crime. They had already seized Alkhalil’s newly constructed Ottawa home after his bust for cocaine in 2014. It is valued at about $1.1m. The first Alkhalil brother to be murdered was Khalil who was found dead with six bullets after a gunfight over a drug debt. His killer claimed self-defence and was freed. He was later gunned down in Kelowna in a case that remains unsolved. Rabih "Robby" Alkhalil has long been suspected.
Mahmoud Alkhalil, 19, the fourth oldest, was one of 3 people killed in a gunfight in 2003 between rival gangs in Vancouver’s Loft Six nightclub. He made it out of the club but died after crashing his car 20 blocks away.
Soon after his release from jail in 2005, eldest Nabil Alkhalil was stopped in his Cadillac on Highway 401. When he was asked to open the trunk, he drove off, leaving brother Hisham behind. He led police on a high-speed chase. He was caught with a duffel bag with 11 kg of cocaine. Nabil Alkhalil was convicted of cocaine trafficking and ordered deported but no country would accept him. Nabil Alkhalil was killed in Aug 2018 in Mexico. He was the third of the brothers in the crime family to die violently. Rabih 'Robby' Alkhalil was extradited to Canada after his arrest in Greece. Alkhalil ran his drug operation with Hells Angel Larry Amero.
Rabih Alkhalil was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2012 hit on gangster Sandip 'Dip' Duhre. In Toronto he was found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2012 shooting of Johnnie Raposo.
Alkhalil marched out of North Fraser prison on July 21, 2022 and is wanted to this day.

Larry Amero, Dean Wiwchar and Rabih Alkhalil

Larry Amero was sentenced to 18 years of prison with credit for time served. Just before his trial began, Amero was moved to an isolation unit with co-accused Rabih 'Robby' Alkhalil. It was from that unit that Alkhalil made his daring escape.
Alkhalil was sentenced to life with no chance of parole for 25 years. Larry Amero almost fainted in B.C. Supreme Court on Nov. 29, 2022 as pictures of his gangland shooting were entered. Photos of blood on the vehicle’s driver’s seat saw Amero have problems breathing.
Amero, Dean Michael Wiwchar and Alkhalil faced first-degree murder charges for the death of Sandip Duhre. Duhre was gunned down at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. The killing was revenge for the Bacon hit outside Kelowna’s Delta Grand Hotel in August 2011. That shooting was in retaliation for the Oct 2010 murder of Gurmit Dhak.

Sandip Duhre was killed with several shots in the face in 2012.

Dean Wiwchar earned $120k for the Duhre hit.

John Raposo was shot in the face by Wiwchar.

Sukhvir Singh Deo - Flashback

A Range Rover sped along Lakeshore Road in Oakville in 2013. Checks told cops the driver was Sukhvir Deo and alarm bells went off. CPIC confirmed the information and was accompanied with a request to deliver a “duty to warn”, this is a legal requirement for cops to warn an individual if there was a credible threat to their life. Halton police cops contacted B.C. to get more information about Deo — who had quietly relocated to a mansion in Oakville. Deo called himself a 'trucking executive' but was a well known transnational drug dealer. He was the author of his own fate after foolishly gaining attention at a Raptors game.
There have been no arrests in the June 7, 2016 murder of gangster Sukhvir Singh Deo. Two men wearing construction vests opened fire on Deo as he sat in his Range Rover. He died at the scene.

Deo was whacked weeks after a high profile appearance at a Raptors game.
Sukh Deo had been living in Ontario since 2013 in a palatial home in Oakville.

Sukhvir Singh Deo
Deo was a drug dealer and was scheduled to stand trial after being arrested in October 2013 for trafficking cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime. Investigators seized 3 luxury cars — a Bentley, a Rolls Royce and a Land Rover. He moved to Toronto from Vancouver shortly after the murder of Independent Soldier founder Randy Naicker. His father, Parminder Deo is wanted on an Interpol warrant on drug smuggling and a raft of other charges laid in India.
Randy Naicker was killed on June 25, 2012
Sukhvir Singh Deo was involved in the Wolf Pack gang alliance between the Independent Soldiers and the Hells Angels. He was shot to death near Yonge and Eglinton. He was very close to two original Wolf Pack members — HA Larry Amero and James Riach of the Independent Soldiers. Larry Amero and James Riach were targeted with Red Scorpion leader Jon Bacon in a 2011 hit in Kelowna. Bacon was killed, Amero and Riach survived. It was war between the Wolf Pack and the Dhak-Duhre group.
