Kakhovka Dam - false flag attack

Zelenskyy says Moscow is preparing to blast the Kakhovka Dam, unleashing a disaster. “We have intelligence that Russian terrorists have mined the dam and HEPP turbines,” said Zelenskyy. “The dam holds back around 18 million cubic meters of water. If Russia blows it up, over 80 settlements – including Kherson – will be in the flash flood risk zone.”
"Hundreds of thousands of people are at risk."
“Russia is doing all this to carry out another false flag attack, intending to blame Ukraine for it,” Zelenskyy said. “We know this territory is under Russian control, and we know what Russians are capable of. They will stop at nothing. Together, we have to stop them.”

’Ndrangheta boss Ursino Giuseppe - parole denied

Giuseppe (Pino) Ursino Grandfather and convicted mob boss Giuseppe 'Pino' Ursino has been denied parole after showing no remorse. His case marked the first time in Canada that the ’Ndrangheta was targeted as an organized crime group. Star crown witness against Ursino was police agent Carmine Guido, a former gangster who testified that Ursino was a boss who sat on the group’s “Camera Di Controllo,” or board of control. Ursino’s trial heard more than 40 secretly recorded conversations involving Guido. The word “respect” came up 33 times.
Ursino was a senior member of the board of directors of the ’Ndrangheta, the “Camera Di Controllo.”
Senior underworld boss Giuseppe (Pino) Ursino, 68 has lost his appeal for parole. The decision by the parole board’s appeal division came after Ursino argued COVID made him fear for his health. He refused the COVID vaccine when it was offered to him. His explanation was that he didn't know enough English. That didn't fly with the parole board. Ursino was sentenced to 11½ years in prison in Feb 2019 for conspiring to traffic cocaine and other charges, including gangsterism. In his trial, Ursino dismissed the secret police recordings used to nail him. “The stupid words come out of my mouth,” Ursino testified. “What I’m talking is one thing. What I mean is another.”

ex-Surrey Mayor Doug McCallum

Former mayor of Surrey Doug McCallum returned his city provided vehicle without bothering to repair his collision damage. A final FU to Surrey taxpayers. McCallum drove the city-owned $47k Buick Envision before losing Saturday’s election. He also had a $15k vehicle allowance. Running under the slogan “Doug Gets it Done,” McCallum faces a looming trial for public mischief with the City picking up his legal bills, even though he was on personal business buying groceries.
McCallum claims he was “verbally assaulted”. McCallum made a police complaint and a claim with ICBC for his injuries. Doug McCallum is 78 years old. The mayor of Surrey, B.C., has been charged with public mischief. The B.C. Prosecution Service announced the single criminal count against Doug McCallum. McCallum claimed he had been struck by a car driven by a woman with the group "Keep the RCMP in Surrey" in the parking lot of a Save-On-Foods store on Sept 4. He claimed he was ‘assaulted and run over’ at the pro-RCMP event. Video apparently says he's lying. The scandal plagued Surrey Police is his pet project. He has attacked "Keep the RCMP in Surrey" repeatedly, even banning the group from civic meetings with a court order.

Friendly fire in Belgorod - Lt Col. Lapin killed by Muslim Tajiks

"Tajiks told Lapin that a holy war is a war between Muslims and infidels. Lapin said that "Allah must be a coward if he doesn't allow you to fight for the country you swore an oath to."

The "terrorist" attack on a Russian military training ground in the Belgorod region bordering Ukraine left at least 11 dead and 15 wounded. Lapin was first reported as the son of commander Leksandr Pavlovich Lapin. This is not correct. The dead man is Lt Col. Andrey Lapin. 138th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade, 6th Combined Arms Army, Western Military District.
Aftermath of the friendly fire incident in Belgorod - Lt Col. Lapin, reportedly mocked the religion of the Muslim non-Russian conscripts training on the range. https://topcargo200.com/475/

Noel Harder - HA Rat dead

Noel Patrick Harder died of health complications earlier this month. He was 43.
Noel Harder decided to become a secret police agent after he got busted. He then spent three years testifying as a star witness against fellow drug dealers, gun runners, mobsters and the Hells Angels. At one point it was said a six figure bounty was on his head. The RCMP kicked Harder out of the federal Witness Protection Program for violations.
Harder was one of the highest level criminals in Saskatoon, and was described as a narcissist and sociopath.
Harder's work as a police agent began after he was pulled over while transporting dozens of guns. At the time, Harder was a senior member of the Fallen Saints Motorcycle Club, a puppet club of the HA.

On Jan. 14, 2014 a joint RCMP-Saskatoon police operation raided 19 locations in seven cities. $8m worth of methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl were seized. More than a dozen members of the Fallen Saints and Hells Angels were charged with a variety of offences. Everyone was busted except Harder.

Harder was a poor choice as a police agent and witness. "The biggest drug dealer involved was Noel Harder, and they let him go … he should have been the guy charged". Instead Harder was paid $500k. Harder blamed the RCMP for his many troubles. He met CBC News in a secret location for an exclusive interview about Project Forseti. "If somebody was coming to kill me," Harder said, "I’m going to be taking them with me, if not first."
