Former Quebec CBSA agent Stefanie McClelland gets parole

Former Quebec customs officer Stefanie McClelland, 45, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for her role in a cocaine smuggling incident at the Lacolle border crossing. She was found guilty of drug smuggling and breach of trust after allowing 182kg of cocaine through her border checkpoint in 2014. McClelland was unaware that she was being closely watched by the RCMP when she conspired to let the drugs enter Canada. Authorities had uncovered the plot. She had a hearing before the Parole Board of Canada last week and was granted day parole.
Evidence against McClelland included a text message between her and the leader, informing him that she was posted at a designated NEXUS customs booth.
He and his vehicle had been flagged for inspection. Seven minutes after she sent the text, a BMW pulled up and was let through after 36 seconds and no checks. Cops pounced and seized the cocaine.

Elvis Demce - Albanian mob boss who invaded Rome - update

"Love, it's over, say hello to our son". This was the last phone call from Ciccio Barbuto before he died. Francesco Vitale, known as Ciccio Barbuto, died in the Magliana area in Rome from a fall after being kidnapped. His kidnappers demanded half a million euros in ransom, equal to the drug debt he ran up with Elvis Demce. After being tortured Barbuto was granted a last call to his fiancée.
The door to new groups opened around 2017 and the Albanians passed through it. The murder of Diabolik marked a turning point. Fabrizio Piscitelli, nicknamed Diabolik, was the leader of the Lazio soccer club’s ultras group. He also controlled a large part of the drug trade in Rome, thanks to the support of the Albanians.
Elvis Demce took up the role of boss. The son of Albanians was completely Romanized, with his group speaking in Romanesco, the local dialect.
Demce called himself Don Pablo, after Pablo Escobar. When he got out of prison, he had big plans. But someone had taken over his territory, Ermal Aarpaj. Their conflict attracted the attention of cops. Cornered, Elvis Demce decided to confront the state with violence. The Albanian’s plan included assassinating policemen and two judges, brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Cascini. Demce planned to commit the attack in the heart of Rome. He made the mistake of carrying out his explicit calls through SkyEcc, whose server Europol had intercepted months before. The operation concluded with 27 arrests and the dismantling of the group. They have been charged with crimes of international drug trafficking and organized crime.

Thrilled - adjective. Feeling or showing great excitement and pleasure; very excited.

"Michael also has his private pilot’s license from Mount Royal Aviation College and was elected to attend the Ivey School of Business for Canada’s Top 40 under 40 in 2017 where he received an honorary MBA." Here.

Michael Forbes is a real estate agent, which explains why he breaks every rule in the securities book. He ought not be running a dog shit collection business. info@adastraholdings.ca
News hit of a potential class action lawsuit against this revolting offense. Here. The reprobate running this scam isn't seeing fit to disclose that material event to public dopes buried in his garbage.
"Michael Forbes and Lisa Marshall were long time broadcasters and for almost 30 years ...”.

https://forbesgroup.ca/ "The Forbes Group offers expertise and opportunity in many different corporate realms." Eighty-One West Law PC (81W), Camp Fiorante Matthews Mogerman LLP (CFM) and Bennett Mounteer LLP (Bennett Mounteer) are investigating potential shareholder claims relating to Adastra Holdings Ltd.

“The laws aren’t there, yet,” Forbes said. “What I can tell you is, I can import (cocaine) from other countries, I can produce it and I can possess it.”
It went straight to the grand poopbah TrulyDough, and, after copious shit hitting fan, boss Michael Forbes saw fit to disclose the truth ... he will never be selling cocaine to Joe Blow. So sad for retards buying this garbage paper for 200 times more than it's 'worth'. Forbey baby thanks you for your support.  https://adastraholdings.ca/about/

On the heels of Adastra’s announcement, Sunshine Earth Labs announced that it has also received approval to produce and distribute cocaine, but also MDMA, morphine, opium and diacetylmorphine.
Adastra Labs in Langley, B.C., said Health Canada gave it approval on Feb. 17 for an amendment under its controlled substance dealer’s licence. Decriminalization of up to 2.5 grams of drugs, including cocaine, began in B.C. on Jan. 31. This was part of a plan to combat the overdose crisis that kills 7 people per day.
“We proactively pursued the amendment to our Dealer’s License to include cocaine back in December 2022. We will evaluate how the commercialization of this substance fits in with our business model at Adastra in an effort to position ourselves to support the demand for a safe supply of cocaine.”
Producing and distributing cocaine is not and never was a part of the province’s decriminalization plan. Eby said Health Canada needs to answer to British Columbians.

Guo Wengui busted in $1bn fraud

Guo is detained without bail.
Guo Wengui, a self-exiled Chinese tycoon with close links to Trump Republicans and the lower mainland, has been indicted on 12 counts relating to a $1bn fraud. Known as Miles Guo and Ho Wan Kwok, Wengui faces 20 years in jail for wire fraud, securities fraud, bank fraud and money laundering. Steve Bannon was Trump’s campaign chair when he touted Guo as “the Donald Trump of Beijing”. Bannon was aboard Guo’s yacht when he was arrested on fraud charges in August 2020. Once one of China's most wealthy men, Guo fled China in 2014 during an anti-corruption crackdown led by Xi Jinping. Guo founded two purported nonprofit organizations, the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society.
Guo used these shells to solicit money, purportedly to pursue political change in China. He promised huge returns to his suckers. His improper purchases included a $37m yacht, a 50,000 square-foot mansion, a $3.5m Ferrari for Guo’s son, a $62,000 TV, and two $36,000 mattresses. The DoJ seized and is seeking the forfeiture of $634m of Guo’s fraud proceeds from 21 bank accounts.

The activist group New Federal State of China (NFSC) was Guo's creation. It paid actors to protest in front of a lower mainland blogger's home for 72 consecutive days. Shiliang Yin, 33, apologized to political and human rights activist Louis Huang for assaulting him on Nov. 25, 2020, outside the Surrey home of blogger Bingchen Gao. He said he was paid $50k by Guo Wengui.

Maria Licciardi buys 13 years - madrina

Naples prosecutors describe Maria Licciardi as a true “madrina” – godmother in the Camorra syndicate. The crime boss, also known as 'The Monkey', inherited the role from her brother Gennaro when he died in prison. Her blood lust has been more than a match for any male rival. She is said to be responsible for 100 murders. Licciardi has been sentenced to nearly 13 years in jail by an Italian court for leading a Camorra clan founded by her brothers. Extortion, drug trafficking and the infiltration of public works contracts are traditional sources of revenue for the Camorra.
The clan, based in the Naples suburb of Secondigliano, is part of a larger criminal group known as the Secondigliano Alliance, which controls much of the crime in the Naples area. Licciardi, 71, was arrested in August of 2021 while attempting to travel to Spain to visit her daughter. She previously served eight years in jail.
Licciardi was one of the victors in a blood feud between clans that left Naples littered with corpses. She has always protested her innocence. “I am a housewife but I have always worked. I have been a shoemaker. I hate drugs and if I see young people taking drugs it makes me feel desperate.”

Licciardi inspired the character of Scianel in the television series Gomorrah.
