Bahman Djebelibak busted for precursors

The RCMP’s clandestine lab team spent several days at the Maple Ridge property of 'Bobby Shah' in the 26500-block of 124 Avenue. Cops also visited Shah’s Port Coquitlam business. Barrels of chemicals, some containing dichloromethane, often sat outside of Valerian Labs at 1971 Broadway St. There are far fewer today. There are no charges yet. Bahman Djebelibak, 'Bobby Shah', was among 28 individuals and companies sanctioned by the U.S. in 2023. The U.S. Treasury says Djebelibak, through his Valerian Labs Inc. and Valerian Labs Distribution Corp., was a major customer of Jinhu Minsheng Pharmaceutical Machinery. Jinhu Minsheng sells pill-press machines with “pharmaceutical imprints on ecommerce platforms and has provided pill dies for counterfeit oxycodone M30 tablets.”

Djebelibak is said to be a major player in Chinese fentanyl syndicate networks. valerianlabs.com

“Valerian Labs Inc. has received shipments of methylamine hydrochloride, which is a precursor chemical used to produce methamphetamine and MDMA. Valerian Labs Distribution Corp. has tried to procure 2,000 litres of chloroform, 800 litres of dichloromethane and 200 kilograms of iodine, substances used in the production of fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine.” He is accountable for “the international proliferation of illicit drugs or their means of production.”

Djebelibak and his deceased wife, Ramina Shah, were caught up in 2018 cop raids of Valerian Labs and the couple’s mansion, which led to a failed B.C. civil forfeiture action after cops violated their rights.
Cops seized a Land Rover, a Porsche and a 2006 Pontiac G6 at the couple's $3m mansion. The couple claimed they earned $20k per year. A hidden compartment in the car contained two kilograms of fentanyl, a one kilo brick of cocaine, and cutting agents. In January 2022, realtor Ramina Shah was stabbed to death in a parkade in Coquitlam.

Djeblibak has been implicated in money laundering and fraud dating to the early 2000s.

Becoming a Hells Angel

If one is interested in joining the Hells Angels, or any 1% motorcycle club (outlaw motorcycle gang — OMG) and are on the internet to figure out how, then you probably won’t be joining anytime soon.
Number one on the list of OMG requirements is to have the 'right' personality, and that comes from your lifestyle. If you need to ask, you aren't in that lifestyle. Joining the Hells Angels is a lifetime commitment. Basic requirements are;

•Have a driver's license
•Own a working motorcycle - Harley Davidson or Buell exclusively
•Never have applied to be a police officer or prison guard
•Not be a child molester

Members MUST BE white and male. Outside America, some Hells Angels charters have looser race requirements. In the U.S. it is exclusively white only.

If you do leave the club, or are kicked out, patches are returned as they are always club property. Refuse and they will be taken by force. This includes body ink and jewelry.
Phases of Membership - 'The Program'

1. Hang-around: Being a hang-around is the first stage. Most are invited by a club member, a friend or family member who is an OMG biker to an event. Members are constantly judging your character. A 'hangaround' always shows respect and will never interrupt members when they are talking. To become a hangaround without introduction from an existing member is difficult. It helps if you have skills the gang finds of use — usually criminal. If you get noticed, you will move up to be an associate.

2. Associate: The next step up is the associate, where you will spend up to a few more years attending events and meeting members. They will continue to evaluate you and you are still considered an outsider.

3. Prospect: A patch-wearing member of the OMG often needs to sponsor a prospect. The gang will generally run a background check including credit checks so the gang can verify a prospect’s identity as thoroughly as possible. Once you are a prospect you are allowed to attend more events, however you won't vote on club matters and there will be some meetings that you are not allowed to attend. The prospect becomes the subject of jokes and is expected to do menial work like cleaning and guarding bikes. The prospect period is designed to make candidates prove loyalty to the club, which often includes committing crimes. Violence is often expected by the gang. The ultimate way for a prospect to prove his loyalty is through murder.

4. Fully Patched Member: The final step in the process. You will only reach this stage after a vote, which must be unanimous. It is the years of evaluations during the recruitment process that determine if you receive the votes required. Full-Patch, or being "patched" refers to the fact that the member has earned the right to wear patches, including the Hells Angel death head, the words "Hells Angels" on the top rocker, and the club location on the bottom rocker.

Hells Angels won't go out together without their colors. If one HA is pulled over by cops, the group will often pull over. On a ride, there is a specific order. First is the president, then the road captain, and then the sergeant at arms, then the rest of the members and prospects. They pull over together to avoid disrupting this order.

Members can't talk to the press and can never talk to the public about the club, rules or other members. The vest (cut) is sacred. If one Hells Angel gets arrested they will want to give the cut to another member. Protecting the colors applies to accidents and injuries that may require medical personnel to remove a vest or jacket.  Members are very sensitive to any abuse of their colors. They are earned and extremely valuable. Slapping an HA's back, on the patch, may result in violence.

A 'Filthy Few' patch or tattoo is earned when a murder is committed for the club. A 'Dequiallo' patch or tattoo is earned by acting violently towards cops. The club's colors are red and white. The 'Big House Crew' refers to members in jail. '81' represent the first two letters of the club.

Mr. Flashy - David Glen Ward

Gardai have launched a murder investigation after the father of a deceased hitman was stabbed to death outside his home in West Dublin. Josh Fowler received a single stab wound after Flashy's goons came to his door in Dunsink Green in Finglas.

As for Mr. Flashy, the last the world heard he and his brother Eric O'Driscoll were being held without bail on weapons charges.
Mr. Flashy (Glen Ward) was behind the hit on Jason Hennessy Sr. A second gunman was with Tristan Sherry. Linked to the 2019 murder of Zach Parker, he fled to a white Audi that some say was driven by Glen Ward. The Corduff Feud began when a Dublin gang split into two factions. The Westies were backed by the Kinahan mob and Mr Flashy. The other side are the Blanchardstown mob, long established drug dealers. The war has been ongoing since 2016.
Grim video of the last moments of Tristan Sherry appeared. The hitman was slow; "he was never the brightest, and this shooting highlights it." There was one way in and one way out. Sherry marched in and fired a machine pistol in a crowded restaurant.

He was then overpowered as he tried to escape after his gun misfired. He may have been shot in the head with the weapon, which wasn't recovered. 2 thugs abandoned Sherry in a white Audi. One was said to be Mr. Flashy.

Sherry was a member of a local drug gang led by Mr. Flashy (Glen Ward).
Gardaí said a feud between gangs sparked a Christmas Eve shooting at a Dublin steakhouse. The attack at Browne's Steakhouse in Blanchardstown, west Dublin, left gunman Tristan Sherry, 26, dead.
He targeted Jason Hennessy Sr and was sliced to ribbons, stabbed some 30 times.

Sons of Hennessy Sr have sworn revenge. Jason Hennessy Jr and Devon Hennessy were unharmed. All are well known to Gardaí for their involvement in Dublin's drug trade.

“Get off it, come down, you whingy dirty bastard,” screams one of the women at the man. “Going around intimidating kids. Ye smelly scaldy bastard."
A dust-up between a member of the ‘Mr Flashy’ entourage and a group of angry women was captured on social media.
The man threw objects at the women below, who are armed with iron bars. The conflict took place in Finglas and the man in the spotlight is a lieutenant to Mr Flashy. One of the angry women involved in the melee is an ex-girlfriend of Flashy.

“Get down fucking whingy bastard, move. Threatening kids, threatening kids, that’s all you’re good for. Where’s your boys now?”

Gardai are investigating the shooting death of Brandon Ledwidge, 23, in Finglas. He had broken away from the Gucci Gang and shifted allegiances to another crime group. He was said to have worked as a street level drug dealer. He was shot multiple times in the head and chest.

Glen Ward - Mr Flashy

Karl Hyland, left, and David Glen Ward, right.

An associate of Mr Flashy is responsible for a fire bomb attack that left an innocent man severely burned.
Flashy’s brother and his goons got into a “verbal row” with peons of heroin boss Tony ‘King Scum’ Felloni. They left the scene before returning. The gang then targeted a man by launching a petrol bomb at him, setting him on fire.
The victim is in serious condition. Flashy’s brother Eric O'Driscoll has been fingered.

Censorship of Flashy's photo and identity has ended in Ireland as he has been charged with the serious offense of violent disorder. Things have been quiet for Flashy after his fourth attempted hit. Dubbed 'the gang that can't shoot straight', Gardai say Glen Ward's enemies haven't given up.
An associate of Glen Ward was shot in the hand and ass. He is recovering. Gardai found a car that was set on fire in the Berryfield area of Finglas. The latest hit attempt is the second time for this sidekick of Flashy. He survived a shooting in a taxi with the Dublin gang boss in June.

Glen Ward is now making efforts to conceal that mug from cameras.

Mr. Flashy (Glen Ward) left, Eric O'Driscoll center, Darragh Collopy.
The judge deferred free legal aid for Ward and O'Driscoll, pending their bank account details. This after a complaint from cops that Glen Ward has ample means to pay a lawyer. The trio will be back in court and face up to 10 years in jail.
Glen Ward, 29, his brother Eric O'Driscoll, 20, and Darragh Collopy, 18 were spotted on CCTV footage by gardai who busted them for the crime of violent disorder. Irish censorship of Glen Ward's mug is officially over as he has been charged with a serious offense. Its said the Irish public are livid the gangster is claiming poverty and receiving free legal aid from the state. Dublin's Mr. Flashy (David Glen Ward) was filmed in an armed street brawl. Mr Flashy and his punks took on associates of the murdered Shane Fowler. Flashy can be heard saying: “Tell your boyfriend we’re on.

“We’re bulletproof. Your gaff is getting blazed.” Recently Flashy and one of his bums were no-shows in court due to threats. The petty theft case was put back to a later date. Both lags received legal aid due to poverty. The duo are accused of stealing wine as they left an expensive Dublin restaurant.

A 'vulnerable' man was threatened by David Glen Ward who demanded €30k after he 'liked' a social media post of rivals. The north Dublin man, in his 20s, was once friendly with Flashy. The man attempted suicide due to the threats.
This follows the firebombing of the home of James Whelan’s mother. She and brother of James Whelan escaped unhurt.
Days after running for his life from a gunman, Mr. Flashy posted video on social media of his care free criminal mug on a Jet Ski. Mr. Flashy always thinks of his fans. The Irish continue to censor Flashy's mug (and name) from public view. Gangster David Glen Ward must be laughing.

If he were Garda Síochána's little ratboy it would explain everything.
Flashy enemies make a point about David Glen Ward being a rat. Arrested often but NEVER touched as all fall around him. This is signature rat.
Flashy ran for his life after the taxi carrying him and an associate in Dublin was shot up. Cops expected retaliation over the Flashy mob murder of rival James Whelan in April. Cops say Whelan's allies tried to gun down the mob boss and his sidekick.

Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar

Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman is believed to have fathered 12 or 13 children. Two of them, Ovidio Guzmán Lopez and Joaquin Guzmán Lopez, are currently caged in the United States. They were the most visible of the children involved in the Sinaloa Cartel's business. By 2019, after El Chapo's extradition and conviction in the U.S., Iván and his brothers took over much of the operations of the Sinaloa Cartel. Experts say Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar, one of the two sons El Chapo had with first wife María Alejandrina Salazar Hernández, is de-facto leader.
The new generation focused on the production and distribution of meth and fentanyl. Los Chapitos garnered a reputation for violence. "Culiacanazo" was a military operation in 2019 that captured Ovidio Guzmán López. In response, the cartel unleashed an army in Culiacán, causing violence that forced the government to release Ovidio.

Iván's leadership has been marked by a brutal approach to maintaining control with reliance on sicarios for his expansion of the cartel's drug trafficking operations. Iván Archivaldo turned 41 years old this August.
