There has been an e-mail sent (info@cjc-ccm.ca) to the anonymous bureaucrats pretending to oversee judges in Canada. This time we're looking for the EXACT legislation that governs them and the complaint process. There are many rules and deadlines. Fail to follow them and the complaint, no matter how justified, will be dismissed without consideration. This is the fate of 97% of complaints to the CJC every year. Despite this, there are many hundreds of unresolved complaints. "In 2024, 985 complaint files were opened and sent to a screening officer for review. CJC complaint 25-0591 alleges Richard Wagner is failing to do his job properly by failing to vet his good friend Daniel Byma before appointing him to the Supreme Court of Canada. KTF hitting new lows for scams
The Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) has hit new lows with the people they are bringing here. New arrivals work for Telus/Rogers for a short period of time. Then they leave, taking as much corporate material as they can steal. They then become phone scammers pretending to be Telus/Rogers employees.
The logins are from Punjab, but the stolen goods are delivered to addresses in Surrey and Brampton. They also change account passwords, and home billing addresses to Surrey/Brampton.

HA Troy Anthony Scholder, San Diego HA nailed for hate crimes = 21 years
 | Troy Anthony Scholder, 44, has been sentenced to 21 years to life in state prison. A San Diego jury convicted him earlier this year of attempted murder, assault, and a hate crime. Scholder's prison sentence was doubled due to a prior strike conviction, in which he robbed a former Hells Angels member who had sought to leave the gang. He told one of the arresting officers to "remember the Fatherland". |

Daniel Byma didn't obtain his position through merit or any competitive process with other qualified candidates, it was obtained through his personal relationship with Richard Wagner.
It is OFFENSIVE for a man utterly devoid of ethics to become a malignant cancer on the highest court in Canada. The Rt. Hon. Richard Wagner, P.C. is entirely incapable of elementary due dilligence before burdening the Supreme Court of Canada. His blindness is not acceptable. A CSIS/CFSEU security assessment is required on Daniel Byma with his position going to a candidate with merit, not 'connections' to a deliberately obtuse Wagner.

Sandher supplier cuts in-person ties to crime family - update II
A Sandher supplier (name withheld) had their lawyer send a letter to them this spring.
This turn of events is justified by the fact the Sandher's primary business is drug production, not the supply of apples or cherries. That may be common knowledge. What this space knows for fact is that one or all of the Sandhers are legitimate hit targets. Brothers Prabtaj and Gurtaj as the killers of Donny Lyons, Bir Singh Sandher as top executive of the Khalistan Tiger Force.
Its said the Sandhers brothers are maintaining their expensive 'Executive Protection'. That is surely a very good idea.
 | The Sandher presence on the business premises provides an undue risk to staff, and they are now persona-non-grata on the premises. If the Sandhers wish to continue doing business, they must appoint a designated 3rd party who will be responsible for picking up orders, or alternatively they must retain a common carrier. |  They also won't deliver to any Sandher premises. |
