Melbourne drug kingpin Tony Mokbel makes a “high priority” appeal

Tony Mokbel says the betrayal he suffered at the hands of police informer Nicola Gobbo should overturn his 30-year drug trafficking sentence. Mokbel could have his bid for freedom heard by Victoria's highest court in July.

Four former clients of Ms Gobbo, who was their rat lawyer have their cases before the Court of Appeal.
Ms Gobbo as a police rat represents a substantial miscarriage of justice.

Disgraced ex-FBI agent John ‘Zip’ Connolly - released

Former FBI agent John Connolly will be released from a Florida prison on a conditional medical release due to advanced stage cancer.
Former FBI agent John Connolly in 2005. FBI agent John “Zip” Connolly is dying and is seeking a medical release in Florida. The 80 year old was sentenced to 40 years for his dealings with James “Whitey” Bulger.

He was convicted of racketeering, obstruction of justice, and murder.

$2.8m in cocaine corn flakes lassoed

Federal agents intercepted a shipment of $2.82m worth of cocaine-coated corn flakes. CBP officers in Cincinnati intercepted the smuggled drugs in a shipment of cereal coming from South America. About 44 pounds of cocaine-coated corn flakes were seized, with a street value of $2.8m. CBP Narcotic Detector Dog “Bico” was working incoming freight from Peru when he alerted to a shipment of cereal headed to a private home in Hong Kong.

Halton cop Jason Mathers charged with assault with a weapon

Halton Regional Police Const. Jason Mathers’s charges include assault with a weapon and mischief under $5,000. He will appear virtually in court on March 9, 2021. He was caught on video in April 2020 pushing a man to the ground multiple times and throwing his bag. Mathers was suspended with pay after the video surfaced. The 3 other cops in the video were disciplined.
Porky cops were called about a man loitering. He is described as a “vulnerable person who had just been from the hospital”

Sad sack UK cocaine importers jailed


Brogan pulled 90 months and Reilly seven years.
Steven Brogan, 36, and Anthony Reilly, 34, had to be rescued after running out of fuel. They had travelled from Lowestoft, Suffolk, to the Netherlands and had £200k in cocaine on their seadoo. At one point both men were dumped into the North Alantic. They required rescue from a helicopter and coast guard vessel.

Surrey RCMP seriously injure innocent man

Surrey RCMP are now apologizing and 'regrets the mistake' after it was revealed they beat an innocent man senseless. Cops were called to an armed robbery at 152 Street just before 5:30 a.m., Feb. 8. The first cop decided a man riding a bicycle was guilty. The cop claimed he "resisted arrest."
More cops were called to assist. They beat him to a bloody pulp. Trouble is the first pig was blind and stupid and tackled the wrong man. "The RCMP regrets the mistake made in identifying the man and now offers a complete apology to him." IIOBC, the cop watchdog, was notified after cops learned the man's injuries were serious.

Alex Fisher, 27, was pulled off his bike and slammed face-first into the ground. He was was then jumped on and beaten stupid by gleeful RCMP. He now requires surgery for a broken orbital bone.

Star witness in Trump's 'voter fraud' Mellisa Carone runs for office

Mellisa Carone has filed to run for a seat in the Michigan House of Representatives. Carone’s Facebook profile describes her as a conservative with a “strong focus on election reform.” The election is in 2022.
'Star witness' Mellissa Carone used to strip at the 'Bada Bing' in Lincoln Park, Michigan in 2010. The club was shut down after four men - including the manager - were charged with torturing a victim in the basement. An electric drill was used to drill a hole through the man's hand.

Carone, 33, was a clown and a joke during a hearing with Rudy Giuliani.
Carone gave belligerent, bizarre and fully discredited testimony of her improbable claims of election fraud.

Carone served 12 months of parole for computer crime. She sent her fiancé's ex-wife porn videos and then attempted to frame her for stealing them.

United Brotherhood (UB) Banned in Finland

Finland has banned the United Brotherhood (UB) and affiliate Bad Union. The ban means the gangs are forbidden to use gang colours, to maintain clubhouses or to recruit new members.
Characterized as Finland's most dangerous gang, the UB join the Hells Angels, who were banned from Finland in 2019.

Cutters Seize $150M in Cocaine in the Eastern Pacific

The cutters Munro and Bertholf intercepted three smuggling boats in the Eastern Pacific Ocean seizing more than 9,000 pounds of cocaine with an estimated value of more than $150m.
A fishing vessel yielded 1,300 pounds of cocaine in a concealed compartment. A low-profile smuggling boat had more than 3,400 pounds of cocaine.

Fat drug kingpin‘s freedom short lived

Drug kingpin and killer John Bass, 51, was freed from a Pennsylvania prison after 22 years on compassionate grounds in January. He is obese and cited the potential of catching the coronavirus. A judge noted his “horrific crimes,” but ruled he was worthy of a “well-earned second chance”. Bass ran a brutal drug ring in Detroit and personally tortured and killed his rivals. Bass was serving two life sentences for murder and drugs. He had been eligible for the federal death penalty.
Prosecutors objected to his release pointing out that Bass continued to run his ring from jail and had “not aged out of his ability to harm” others. “He’s only 51 years old – eight years older than one of the starting quarterbacks in this year’s Super Bowl." Bass was returned to jail.

Nazi Low Riders

The Nazi Low Riders (NLR) originated in the 1970s inside a California Youth Authority facility. It is most closely associated with the Aryan Brotherhood.
The NLR allows some Hispanics to join, unlike the AB which is strictly whites only. The membership policy is described as "half-white ancestry and no black ancestry". There are between 1,000 to 5,000 members. The street gang is most prominent in the prison system.

Aaron Piccinetti changes mind on guilty plea - Toxicology Report

Aaron (Joseph) Piccinetti pled guilty in August to two drug trafficking counts that were part of Project Skylark – a large bust that targeted the HA. He was about to be sentenced when he claimed a toxicology report proves he was bent when he admited his guilt, plus he claimed he needed a new lawyer. It is his second delay and it did not amuse the judge. “This has been going on for too long, Mr. Piccinetti,” he said.

Border agents in Sweetgrass seize 240 pounds of cocaine - Canadian nailed

A Canadian trucker was arrested and 240 pounds of cocaine was seized by U.S. Customs in Sweetgrass, Montana. In December, Canada Border Service Agency stopped a truck carrying produce at the Coutts Port of Entry. Agents seized a record-setting 228 kg of meth. The driver, a resident of Calgary, was arrested. He appears in court on drug trafficking charges this month.

HA chapter founder Michel Langlois lacking ‘Goodwill’

Michel Langlois was rejected for early release from prison after the parole board found he didn't show the necessary “goodwill” or “commitment not to reoffend." Langlois, 74, is serving a four-year sentence for drug trafficking. Langlois was a founding member of the Angels’ Montreal chapter in 1977 and is described as a 'decision maker'.

433 pounds of green cocaine

U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Cincinnati have landed 50 shipments containing 433 pounds of green cocaine since October. The green powder is processed into the more commonly known white form of cocaine. The shipments were packaged to appear like matcha or moringa powder, both popular nutritional supplements.

Surrey RCMP arrested for gang ties - update

A Surrey cop was caught in a vehicle with known gangsters in late January. The unnamed cop has been suspended. He is said to be 'probationary' with 1 year of experience. He is from Ontario. Charges are expected but cops say that could take months even though it is a 'high priority' for them.

In the interim "the individual has no access to any policing information."

Board of Directors of MS13

Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn have hit MS-13’s “board of directors” with terror charges — accusing the leaders of ordering scores of murders. The men make up the “Ranfla Nacional” — the gang’s ruling body. The “Twelve Apostles of the Devil” are the upper echelon of MS-13.

The vicious gang is responsible for a huge number of mutilated bodies. The machete is the preferred tool of choice.

Donald ‘Smurf’ Glass - life + 10 years

His nickname was Smurf, but Donald Glass was far from a child's cartoon character. He is a leader of the Gangster Disciples in Georgia and turned kids into killers. He had a direct hand in more than 10 murders. Glass, 30, was sentenced to life plus 10 years in prison for his many crimes.

Glass and the Gangster Disciples were responsible for 24 shootings from 2011 through 2015, including 12 murders.
They called themselves the "Hate Committee". Cops say they have a single purpose: to carry out high level violent crime for the gang.

HA prospect/rat sues state

The plaintiff is listed as John Doe in the lawsuit filed in Manitoba. He became a prospect with the Winnipeg and Thunder Bay chapters around 1998 and is now in prison on a drug conviction. The court filing says the information the rat shared resulted in the arrests and convictions of "numerous" people, including during Project Sideshow, a bust of 14. The rat says his identity was leaked by the crown after which he received multiple death threats.
The rat is seeking damages for the violation of his informer privilege and right to life, liberty and security under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
