Michael Stamatakos wanted again

A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for the second time this year for Michael Stamatakos, 31. He was serving a two-year sentence for arson, uttering death threats, possession of a Schedule 1 substance, dangerous operation of a vehicle, and fleeing from police. 

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) squad started looking for Stamatakos at the end of February and got their perp 2 weeks later. For some reason the arsonist couldn't hide from the ROPE for long. Stamatakos is five-foot-five and weighs 110 lbs.
