Driver in D'Onofrio hit pulls 13 years non-parole

Embaba Ndutu Lufiau, 35, was the driver in the botched hit of bystander Angelo D'Onofrio in 2016. He will serve 13 years in prison without parole. Gunman Joubens Jeff Theus was supposed to shoot Antonio Vanelli, a man tied to the Rizzuto organization. Theus was found guilty of first-degree murder in October and is caged without parole for 25 years. Angelo D'Onofrio was reading a newspaper when he was killed.
